Calgarians @Klukatron and @mattroseyyc host a podcast focusing on Calgary, for the people of Calgary. They will share the stories of people from all walks of life across this city. On top of that, they'll dig deeper into how their guests think with an exercise, where they select things, from a pool of options, and arrange them on a sort of team. Kind of like a draft but Rose and Kluk insist that it isn't. Join the guys as they tell the YYC story on Not A Draft.
Rose and Kluk kick off the summer by having a few cold ones with Dan Allard, co-owner of the iconic microbrewery Cold Garden located in the heart of Inglewood. Dan reminisces on the humble beginnings of his and co-owner Blake Belding's brewing days and pulls back the curtain on how Cold Garden has created an approachable and accessible atmosphere. The fellas also look ahead to some of the new and exciting innovations that Cold Garden has coming soon!
To celebrate the return of sports in Calgary Rose, Kluk, and Dan faceoff in selecting the Best Beer League Sports. However, this episode comes with a twist. During the selection process, Dan provides Rose and Kluk with a Flight of Beer to put their beer tasting skills to the test. As if the draft was not hard enough on their small minds... Will Dan come in and pull off the upset? Will Kluk's novice beer palate embarrass him? Does Rose play any sports without drinking beer? Crank the volume up and find out!

On this episode the guys celebrate Mothers Day by strong-arming their Moms intro coming on the podcast. Lina (Mama Rose) and Mary (Mama Klukas) pull back the curtain on what the two were like as kids. They also spill the beans on what Rose and Kluk wanted to be when they grew up, and how close they came to those dreams.

On this episode they are joined by 8-Time Canadian Long Drive National Champion Lisa "Longball" Vlooswyk. They talk about Lisa's meteoric rise in her career leading to becoming an 8-time champ. She gives a few tips to shave a few strokes off your game along the way too.
New season but same old format, as Matt, Mike, and Lisa take turns selecting things they're excited to do as the weather improves in Calgary. It's our tenth episode and to celebrate we're digging into dessert. On this episode Matt and Mike sit down with Stefanna Spoletini, one of the co-founders of Noto Gelato in Bridgeland. A family-run business born in the basement of Pulcinella's, Noto is all about authentic Italian gelato that they are thrilled to bring to Calgarians. They talk about the optimal time to be enjoying dessert as well as the key differences between gelato and ice cream.
Every episode would not be complete without going through a set of picks, and on this episode Matt, Mike, and Stef selecting their favorite desserts. Lots of variation from homemade family favorites to big-brand staples. These three use their deep knowledge of sweets to select their top twelve. This episode Rose and Kluk are joined by Calgarian Andrew Buckley, former quarterback for the University of Calgary Dinos and Calgary Stampeders. Andrew is a former teammate of Mike's who left the CFL to pursue a career in medicine and is currently in his final year. They talk about that transition, as well as Andrew's time at the U of C with Mike.
