It is a difficult choice at the moment. The studies have shown no harm but  the strong evidence is lacking for now . We as a medical community are hopeful that evidence of its safety will soon be established  in Pregnancy and Breast feeding 

I am hopeful more and more people including men and women seeking fertility treatments will come forward and get vaccinated .

Avoiding or reducing the risk of dying from COVID 19 is far more important than avoiding a vaccine, because you are pregnant ,breast feeding or seeking fertility treatments.
