We openly talk about love and relationships, success and failure, victory and defeat, and how each of these elements impact our lives for better or worse. In my lifetime I've learned that love and light are the elements that give us the power and resilience to be successful, to be healed, and to become a vessel of endearment for ourselves and for others.
Dear Diary, Life has been lyfing on me and yet, God has been godding for me... Knowing and accepting the truth about a situation, a circumstance, a person, a place, a thing, or whatever it is that we’ve acquired truth in relationship to, really allows us to become empowered to make informed decisions, to speak freely without reservation or regret; on the other hand it can help us to discern when to hold our tongue, it allows us to confidently say yes or no, to move forward and walk in peace, truth is a vibe - the atmosphere of a place as communicated to and felt by others.
As we get through this episode I really want us to think deeply about how we connect with the truth and the vibe we naturally create as we move through life.

Our friends are inevitably the people in our lives that we are most intimate with, people that we share things with that even our family and significant others do not know about. And while it may be habit or a cultural expression…. Words have power… We have to ask ourselves, should we be calling this person this? Should we be bonded to this person or group of people? As we get through this episode I really want us to think diligently and take inventory of the company we keep.
