I live my life through faith in God. I have a lot of friends from believers to non-believers; theists to atheists; gnostic to agnostic. In this podcast I bring in those friends to talk about the worlds we live in and choose to exist by. Which means we talk about our lives together. Listen in and enjoy this wonderful world. (A podcast that gives me an excuse to talk to old friends and make new ones).
Really: this podcast is me trying to create authentic conversations with authentic people. Enjoy the world we live in.
The Megan and Brandon duo. We talk about heart stuff pretty much the entire time. Sorry for the bad recording. We were on a drive with my new car.
We talk about our book. We talk about life revelations and calling. We talk about God. We talk about His peace in it all.
We decided to just catch up today. It's been a long week. My friend just died. Jesus is the way all the way
Theology, Anime, Dreams and Ambitions sums up my relationship with Tommy. I need to apologize to my friend Tommy. Thank you for your grace on me. I am a playful bully sometimes and I want to be better at love. You are a good man.
I love how God loves me. My peace is His fortress. My heart is to love and give life in love. I want His banner over me. There are four kinds of workinh boundaries: avoidance, compliance, controllers, non-responsives
We get into character development both in Drake and his understanding of it when writing. We talk about spiritual growth and spiritual maturity. Probably one of my favorite conversations with this man. Thank God for his heart and mind
Really terrible recording. This is just here, cause I don't care. Poor recording quality, sorry. Still posting A casual conversation on boundaries with a friend. Then, we talk about what we seek in woman. We end it with just being homies talking about nerd things we have in common.
Growing in the realm of boundaries. Knowing what is mine and yours. Understanding everyone needs to discover this on their own. In terms of boundaries, sitting in the what if is where I have to sit in for a season.
Henry Cloud and James Townsend book on Boundaries. A review with Brandon Brackett and Brandon Cervania. My desire is to have more understanding of what I need over what I think others need.
You glory sustains. I love the character He develops in us. Thank you God for more critical self-awareness. I seek your feedback. I seek your peace. I seek your comfort even in the emotions.
Bring me into your righteousness. You are my inheritance. I am your Everything. I beg for your peace and satisfaction. Deliver me once more.
Bless me with your oneness. Bring me to see your righteousness is only found through you
Mourning a death. But, I'm still here. We need His presence and we can't teach others to need us but need Him. This is the lesson of my grief, in addition.
I had a really hard time with this verse. It required me to bring my heart forward and I struggled to find a way to not expose myself. But, God doesn't expose us to embarass us. He exposes us to free us.
I press further into your glory today, God. Fill all the spaces where hostility once reigned
Judgement brings us away from His mercy and judgment over us. Without humbly declaring we are nothing without Him and taking away the judgement inside ourselves we can never come to Him and His merciful presence. I need His embrace. I need His word. I need His peace. God, thank you for giving me life in these lungs and I pray breath over my day. Let your kingdom come and your will be done.
God, I just want to be loved by you. Give me people who want to surround me with your love, too.
Thank you Jesus for this heart of mine. Give me your attention. Give me more revelation. I want your space and spirit to be my home.
God, give me your glory and I will sit in your love. I will sing of your love forever and this devotional gives me life. I wish for more of present glory and love. I ache for what you have done and what you continue to do. Jesus, it's you I beg to find at the end of all my adventures. Thank you for meeting me here.
I am humbled to be here and share my love for the word. God, give me the strength to be seen. The strength to be loved and found by you. I need your presence. I need your people. Thank you that you are the lifeline and I've been chosen to live. You've chosen me to live, God, thank you. Thank you that I can see you. I need you, now. Keep me here.
The start of my daily devotions. Please join me in belonging, believing, and behaving in my identity. I pray to soak in His love, here.
This is me choosing to be seen. I made another episode of this with the same songs but had a recording published without me realizing it. So here it is again. The New season is coming September. Thanks for listening. Engage in the community chat. Thanks.
First episode coming in September. Thank you for listening. I've been getting into worship lately. I hope you don't mind the bad singing voice. I've been in it with God and he's teaching me more of his comfort through song. A year ago I was only able to sing his name. Now, I feel so much more confidence in His Glory. I AM SO THANKFUL AND HUMBLED THAT YOU'RE CHOOSING TO LISTEN. Thank you again. God, you humble my heavy heart and lighten my mood with your presence. I pray these words sink with me as I continue to seek you for sustenance. Give me more ways to be seen by you in both the secret places and the public. Good bye - for now. I love you. I have what it takes. This is "Ode to a Good Friend", Thank You. You did a good job.
Authenticity, Vulnerability, Loyalty, and Becoming. My goal is to rest in these values and find God amidst the adversity and tribulations of the upcoming year. Let this be a rise to worship and simply be Brandon.
More good heart stuff with my friend. And trying to figure out his enneagram, cause I want to love my friend better.
My last traveling venture to some friends. Listen if you want to hear me be present with myself for 2 hours.
7 days of processing my sadness. 7 days before I leave New York. 7 days of being spurts of Brandon.
