How do you choose who to follow on IG? Well I'm pretty simple, people with a purpose. Notice I didn't mention anything about looks, because as we know those fade. What resonates more is someone with a deep alignment with their purpose or calling, it is the sexiest thing to me because I am constantly seeking to do the same, be aligned with and living out my purpose.
Gabriela, a fellow person of color born in Ecuador to an amazing set of parents who helped shape who she has become. An avid supporter of love, connection, gratitude and the seeking of truth, takes us on a fast journey through some of her experiences and tips on how to learn and educate yourself.

I've known Brandon since high school. Always a very friendly and outgoing person who used those skills to have a successful career in sales at an early age with professional sports teams around the country. After a few extended trips to different parts of the world Brandon pushed himself to his edge and started developing new habits and new committments. We speak today on his experience as a black man, in America and globally. He also shares how he has been able to learn to manage anger in the most trying of situations. Lets jump in! Enjoy.

Near the last 20 minutes of this episode Donovan paints a beautiful image of how we can help each other build a bridget to connect and solve the issues America is experiencing. Donovan has been able to hand out bricks to people throughout his network in order for them to begin to lay their brick on the path in front of them, ultimately building the bridge.
