Episode 35! In this episode we sat down with Leah Kay from Soulvation Society, the maker of innovative hair accessories. Leah discusses how she spent years furthering her education with no true career goal but has always had a strong passion for science and entrepreneurism. While pursuing her education in biotechnology, food science and more, she struggled to find a headband that properly fit her head, that was also stylish and easy to wear for both fitness and fashion purposes. Leah saw began making her own handcrafted headbands. While her at-home headband making was not intended to become a business venture, family and friends felt strongly that her high-quality and problem solving product would be a success if offered to the public. Episode 34! In this episode, I sit down with Sam Rose the man behind the CBD infused dessert, RoseBud Ice Cream. RoseBud offers a variety of unique flavors of ice cream with both traditional and CBD options. Each CBD pint includes 50mg of CBD with serving sizes at approximately 15-17mg. Sam got into this business when a friend jokingly told him to start a THC infused ice cream company and over the span of a few years Sam pivoted his business plan to go with CBD infusions. Episode 33! Elizabeth Marberry is the Owner and Director of Education at Passion Force Yoga and Dance as well as Wedding Dance Coach here in Denver. Since she was a child, Elizabeth dreamed of becoming a dancer and dance instructor. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City and performed for many dance companies in NYC and Chicago. Gibran is a culinary wizard who's blended multiple types of cuisine into a food experience that is not to be missed! In the hours when she’s not operating either of the aforementioned businesses, she produces independent short films.
