Many will argue that the most dangerous aspect of this Covid-19 process that we are all going through is the fear. The fear of not only the virus itself but the greater fear of the unknown. When even our experts can't seem to agree, it creates a fear of the unknown. The virus is extremely deadly vs the virus is no worse than the flu, wear a mask to protect yourself vs mask make it worse, vaccination is the only cure vs vaccinations for a corner virus is not safe, and the list goes on and on.

In this Podcast, Dr Janeshak talks with Krist Buhler Roberts a mother, a health coach, and entrepreneur that took social media by storm when she had the guts and tenacity to roll up her sleeves and ask some hard questions. This process left her with a certainty to leave fear of the virus in the rearview mirror and get on with her life. She shares how she resolved for herself many of the inconsistencies that were being told to the public.

The conclusions that she has come up with is not the hero here, it's the process. Kristi is a excellent example how to turn fear into power. Many lessons can be learned from her courageous journey.

Do you want to conquer stress? Then you have to have a healthy body and you must have a strong foundation to back it up. In this episode we discuss the importance of oxygen and circulation, how to self assess your circulation, what conditions may pop up if you are chronically hypoxic (lack of oxygen). We all so give you information on the best supplements and home devices to help reverse hypoxic damage and give you optimum benefits.

Here's some links to what we talk about in this episode

Good home devices.

The rebounder is a mini trampoline that assists in moving blood flow as well as lymphatic drainage.

The Chi Machine is a passive exercise device that is great for those that can't quite move around as much as they'd like AND it's a great adjunct home therapy to increase circulation, reduce swelling, and relax the nervous system. A great way to end a stressful day

Better Home Device

Infrared Sauna is a great home device that helps with oxygenation of the body. The Infrared wavelengths help dilate blood vessels and detox the cells at the same time.

Whole Body Vibration is something that I've used in my office for years to stimulate microcirculation, lymphatic drainage, increase brain activity, speed recovery from workouts, balance serotonin and other neurotransmitters, and even exercise

BEST Home Device

BEMER (Bio-electro-magnetic-energy-regulation), this is the gold standard in circulatory assistance, and the results with continued use are amazing. I've been using this in my office and recommend it highly to anyone with a chronic issue that could be life altering AND to anyone that is really into their health (meaning their health is more important than their money). This is an expensive device for home use but it is worth 100x that to anyone that is seeing their function slipping away. There is a reason that NASA, MLB, NFL,NHL, and even Kentucky Derby Horses are using it.
