True story. Faith is sometimes scary. Obedience is sometimes scary. Thank God that He sees us as His children and we can see him as a loving father, He’s always there to help.

One of the hardest things we go through is the loss of a loved one. This week it’s been 10 years since my father passed and not a day goes by where I don’t ask why. Not a day goes by where I’m not reminded that those who mourn shall be comforted.
Jesus comforts those who mourn.
If you too have suffered loss know that there is comfort in Jesus.
Know you’re loved.

All we have to do is look up.
As people, when we want something or feel we need something done, we mostly want it now. Especially if it's an injustice. In the book of Psalms, chapter 40, David states that he patiently waited on the Lord. In the waiting God leaned towards him, showing him favor & heard his cry. God hears our cry as well. The secret is in the waiting.

There are many things that we, as people, identify with. Once we become believers in Jesus though, our identity is changed in Him. We must identify as children of God first and live life through that identity.

We’ve all heard the phrase “God won’t give you more than you can handle”. Scripture tells us to count it all joy because going through things builds our faith up. So although we will go though things that may be more than we can handle, it builds faith and through it all, He will never let us go through things alone.

Hearing of an attempted suicide on my way to work took it's toll on me and I shared my heart. Thank you for giving me a bit more than 90SCNDS this week.
Oh and the woman was talked down and did not go through with her plan.
I went to an old job for something and was face to face with the fact that God has taken me so far. All things truly work together for the good. Shout out God!
