What do you do when you find yourself exhausted? During these times that we live in it is easy to find ourselves simply tired and out of energy. We begin to look at our health or our diet. Trying to find ways to increase our energy level so we can keep up the neck brake pace that we've allowed ourselves to fall into, just to make it through the day. But, in reality, we simply need... rest. How can we find the rest that we need? Do we understand what rest really is and why it seems to be so illusive? What we chase after often defines us more that what we say. The reason is that in one's pursuit we find their actual passion. Your passion is what determines what you truly desire. In preparing to bake your favorite desert you begin by making sure that you have all of the ingredients. If it is a cake you search for your eggs, flour, vanilla extract and others. As you prepare to mix them together you glance back at your counter and notice an ingredient that you didn't intend to put in. You don't remember mixing it in, but, you are not sure.
