In this episode I am sharing two key areas that you should spend time thinking and tweaking if you truly want to have a better managed classroom. Spoiler alert, we are not talking about kids here. It’s a tough love conversation that will help you as the teacher to grow.

In this episode I will be sharing three ways that you can hit the reset button on your classroom starting today. We will talk about the power of your classroom vision and how to use that to change the look and feel of your room. I will also share how to use organizational systems and procedures to support the reset process.
Building relationships is a great behavior management tool. In this episode, I share with how I use the "Five Student Check In' mentioned in Episode 9, to build better relationships with students. One of the challenges with teaching secondary, is that you have at times over 100 kids to get to know each year. Listen and hear how to tackle that number, with just five students a day.
