In August 2013, Black Olive House sprouted from the heart of a small apartment in Gordon's Bay, where Noni, a Flight Administrator at a private aviation company, noticed a gap in the market for exceptional catering services.
During her time in the aviation industry, Noni recognized the need for better in-flight dining experiences, leading her to craft exquisite executive lunch boxes for aircraft owners, their families, and chartered clients. However, Noni's entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there. In 2014, she relocated to Johannesburg, where she continued her culinary journey while working as a Training Coordinator at Airtec.
