We've been coming to Vermont for years - to ski, enjoy the outdoors or just breathe in the fresh clean air. Once we crossover into Vermont our stress begins to melt away and we can't get enough of the surroundings. We are your hosts Julie and Keith and we’re excited to bring you a non-natives’ guide to the place we love – Vermont. Our show Inside Vermont: A Non-Vermonters’ Guide, will focus on where we and our guests like to go to experience some of Vermont favorites: things like food, craft beer, skiing, hiking, antiquing and more. We would never claim to be locals, rather we’re known as flatlanders….so that is why on the Inside Vermont Show we will be interviewing people that know Vermont way better than we do.

As the unofficial Mayor of Ludlow, Vermont - Sean “Cheese” Kane - who bartends at Tom’s Loft Tavern in Ludlow - shares his tricks for navigating a busy vacation hot spot and making connections with many of its visitors. During the off season, Cheese shares his favorite golf courses in Vermont and reveals a great spot to see some of Vermont's best fall foliage. He talks about the Vermont beer scene and plays some sweet sounds from his harmonica. And of course, he shares some of his most liked places in the lightning round.
The music scene in Vermont is vast and diverse. From acts at small town farmer’s market to popular bands playing at resort venues, there is music for all kinds of tastes in Vermont.
