Hell Fest is a slasher film from 2018 and is the directorial debut of Gregory Plotkin. The film features a nameless killer stalking annoying teenagers around a Halloween attraction know as Hell Fest. It briefly features Tony Todd (Candyman) and that's about the only positive thing i have to say about it.

The latest instalment of the Halloween franchise 2018's unoriginaly titled 'Halloween' Jamie Lee Curtis's character Laurie Strode returns from the dead (again) to face the shape once again 40 years after the night he came home, like H20 twenty years previous, this instalment ignores previous sequels only taking continuity from the 1978 original. Which means no pointless brother/sister plot line!
Time for Rob Zombie's 'Halloween II' one of the most diverse entries in the series, the star studded cast return in this love it or hate it sequel. But the question is, does a white horse REALLY belong in a Halloween film?
After the disastrous 'Halloween Resurrection' a full on reboot was in order. Who was brought in to direct a remake to John Carpenter's original 1978 classic? none other than Rob Zombie (Director; House Of 1000 Corpses/The Devils Rejects) and with an incredible cast including Malcolm McDowell (A Clockwork Orange) and Brad Dourif (Child's Play) what could go wrong?

This time on Radio Nasties we're taking at look at the fifth instalment on the Halloween franchise, 'Halloween 5: The Revenge Of Micheal Myers' released in 1989 just one year after the previous film, this film one again follows Micheal Myers niece Jamie who now has a psychic link to Micheal for some reason. Surely the next sequel can't get any more ridiculous than this? Right?
10 years after the night he came home, Micheal returns to Haddonfield. This time he's after Laurie's Daughter, Jamie (played by Danielle Harris.) Was bringing Micheal back to the franchise the right move, or should they have stuck with the anthology route? Tune in to see what we think.

Staring Horror Legends Bruce Campbell (Ash Willams from The Evil Dead) and Angus Scrimm (The Tall Man from Phantasm). With a cast like that, this film must be a dream come true. Right?

Now for something completely different! Leaning more the cult side, we're looking at 1988 cult classic anime 'Akira' based on the manga of the same name, Akira follows a biker gang in a post WWIII Neo Tokyo. One of our bikers Tetsuo gets in to an accident and come out with world changing powers. only in Japan.
In the first episode of Vic's FEASTATHON we take a look a look at the first entry in the series 2005's 'Feast' starring Henry Rollins (Black Flag frontman, Son's of anarchy, Wrong turn 2). Feast is a film with a basic set up, a group of bar patrons are surrounded by a horde of monsters with no way out, but features a lot of blood, guts, impaling & face fucking. Oh and Henry Rollins in pink trousers.
Have you ever had an Egyptian feast? No? Well in this episode we're looking at 'Blood Feast' from 1963 from the Godfather of gore himself Herschell Gordan Lewis. (2000 Maniacs, The Wizard Of Gore) Widely considered to be the first splatter film, it's a very bloody and messy affair for it's time. Give yourself to Ishtar and tune in to Radio Nasties!
Today we take a lovely trip the the Irish rural village of Rathmore, home of beautiful farmlands, wonderful cathedrals and a giant stone phallic pillar that holds back an ancient demon God called Rawhead Rex. Released in 1986 and written by Clive Barker (Hellraiser, Candyman) based on a short story from his 'Books of blood' series. Rawhead Rex is one demon you don't want to piss off.
It's Vic's turn to pick the film this week's instalment of Radio Nasties and for once he hasn't picked something horribly bad! (it's not horribly good either.) This week we're looking at 2014 Australian slasher 'Charlies's farm' a film about a killer, called Charlie, on a farm staring horror heavyweights Kane Hodder (Jason Voorhees, Friday 13th) and Bill Mosley (Otis, The House Of 1000 Corpses & The Devils Rejects.)
It's also got Tara Reid in it unfortunately.
In this episode of Radio Nasties, Richard introduces Vic and special guest Charlotte, to Doom Asylum, a 1987 slasher comedy from Richard Friedman (Scared Stiff) staring Patty Mullen (Frankenhooker) Doom Asylum is about a wise cracking killer who roams an abandoned asylum, we also get a load of clips from old black and white movies for some reason.
