Our guest today is the amazing Sara Cammorata. Sara's mission is to help all women find food freedom, body confidence and respect, learn health habits for life, and ditch dieting and diet mentality once and for all. She has a masters in science and is a registered dietitian nutritionist. We talk about restriction, food freedom, body respect, and how working in fashion sometimes leads to negative thoughts around food and body image. We learned so much from this episode and shared some of our own struggles with food. Today we are interviewing our new favorite designer and now brand, Loti! Lottie graduated from SCAD and went on to work as a designer at brands including: Vince, & Other Stories and Paige. After seeing area’s of opportunity in creating with recycled and sustainable fabrics, Lottie blended her love for design and upcycling and created Loti (https://lotiloti.com/shop). LOTI is an Upcycling Design Studio based between Lima, Peru and Los Angeles, CA. Loti is taking part of the Upcycling Revolution by reusing materials that would otherwise fill landfills and giving them a much-deserved second life. Each garment designed is one-of-a-kind and is assembled in small batches in Lima, Peru by Nore.

Natalia Fedner is most well known for creating avant garde designs and successfully designing a 100% metal textile that acts just like a 6-way stretch fabric.
