The Ickyone Podcast is a weekly show hosted by The Ickyone, a regular guy trying to understand what is going on in the world. The Ickyone may be joined by guests or sometimes he flies Solo. The topics of conversation cover life, family, food, fitness and happiness. The Ickyone also drops Free-Jam music throughout the show.
Free-Jams are flowing on this wonderful podcast from Telluride, CO for this year’s annual AJB event (get together). The show starts with a Free-Jam which was selected from multiple Free-Jams created by West Coast Jay, Bri-Guy and myself (even Bri-Guy’s son going in on the first Free-Jam and show opener @11:31). We open talking about how we all arrived in Telluride and our travel mishaps and challenges. Then another Free-Jam breaks out @ 1:19:00. We dive back in with conversation about past tales and adventures while enjoying spirits and the warmth of good friends and a grand fire. So yeah! We then enter the final Free-Jam @ 2:28:00 for your listening enjoyment. Thank you for listening to the Ickyone Podcast and take care of others. #PositivePush…
This podcast is dedicated to Steven Brody Stevens. He gets it.
Enjoy it!!!
