The releasing meditation
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine that with each breath going out
all the pain from the past is being released from your body and mind.
Feel peace come in with each breath you inhale, the peace is coming within you and filling you up..
Ask your inner guidance to bring forward your pain
Look for the buried emotion in your body
Be patient, and trust that it will come
When you find the emotion notice what it looks like
What shape? Colour? How big? Where is it?
What does it feel like?
Is it heavy? Constricting? Sharp?
Now listen to your emotion. Ask it
“What is it that you’re trying to tell me?”
Now gently take the emotion hold it in your hands
Thank it for the message it has brought to you.
And then release the emotion into the universe
Watch it turn to light
The universe has taken the emotion from you
You feel free, lighter and more at peace.
Breath in thru your nose
And out thru your mouth
With each inhale let peace enter your life.
With each exhale release the pain and the past.
Go about today, thinking no longer of the past, but of peace and the present
Slowly come back to the present moment
And when your ready open your eyes
Sit or lay in a comfortable position
Connecting to your breath
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose
And then out through your mouth.
Allow your mind to soften and connect with your inner world of thought and feeling.
Slowly let the external world fade from your awareness.
Identify what thoughts are staying within your mind
Take a deep breathe in, hold onto these thoughts
Now release and surrender these thoughts on the exhale.
In this meditation you will find Clarity
Inviting in your inner guidance to guide you
Trust that when you ask the question
You will find the answer.
Gently ask yourself what is it that you want. What do you like?
How does your perfect world look?
What would you do for free every single day?
What answers do you seek?
What do you want to know more about?
Let your feelings guide your mind
As you deepen into the feelings that arise, identify what it is that you want.
Breath in and feel the feeling
Breath out and find your clarity
Now take a long, slow, deep breath in...and then release that breath.
Feel yourself relaxing.
Again, take a long, slow, deep breath in...and then let that breath go.
Take another deep breath in...and exhale completely.
Continue to breathe slowly, deeply and gently.
Accepting this moment as your higher wisdom
Breathe in
Now exhale
Feel the wisdom of what you need to know today
Fall all over you
Let the clarity come to you naturally
The Happiness and Bubbles Meditation
This is a fabulous meditation technique and visualization exercise that is quick, easy and fun to do:
Find a comfortable, quiet place. Sit on your favourite meditation pillow in a comfortable and relaxed position. Dim the lights and burn your favourite oil.
v Now close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing.
v Take five deep breaths,
v Focus on centring yourself with your breath.
v Feel calmness fall over your body
v And feel the love surround you.
v Take a deep breath in through your nose
v And as you exhale through your mouth, visualise in your mind’s eye, that you are blowing pink bubbles of light.
v These are bubbles of love and happiness.
v Now visualise yourself popping one with your finger.
v How does that make you feel? Does it make you laugh?
v Pop as many as you can,
v Imagine the pink light of love and happiness flowing through your finger and into your heart chakra.
v The pink light is bringing you inner peace.
v As you feel your heart chakra opening, you may find yourself laughing uncontrollably, and that’s fabulous.
v When you are ready, bring your attention back to your breath
v And slowly come back into the room and open your eyes.
