I'm a keen powerboat enthusiast and there's nothing I like more than taking a boat out onto the waves. However it's really important to ensure you're properly prepared before leaving shore and so in this podcast I am discussing some top tips for getting the right clothing and personal buoyancy for use when out on a boat. Whether you're into sailing or powerboats, the advice should be relevant in either case. The only difference is that I'd seriously recommend proper powerboat training befoe piloting one of these beasts whereas sailboats tend to be less dangerous. Although of course you should never take a boat out if you're not experienced or comfortable on the water. If you've anything you'd like to add please drop me a line in the comments.
I am a proud Sussex resident and I love this part of Britain because there's so much to see and do out of doors. The south of England is much maligned for being overcrowded and property heavy but there is still plenty of open space and rolling green hills to get out and enjoy.
