Joe talks to Marcus Smith, an inmate in the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections who has been incarcerated since February of 2011. Smith proclaims his innocence and in fact the detective involved with his case has not only been criminally charged for falsifying information on cases and hindering apprehension, but she was indeed found guilty of several of those charges. Is Smith innocent or guilty? That's for you to decide and for a possible appeal to decide as well.
