In this episode I define Confidence and compare it to Fear.  Then I share a 3 step process so that you can choose to be confident in all activities with your horse.  When properly executed your plan will build your confidence because you will have a picture of your end goal and you will have created the steps to get there safely.  Knowing is half the battle.
