We will be discussing how members of our CoP are involved with transition age students, current issues related to transition in Illinois, and potential plans for this subgroup moving forward.

Nami Shah will be leading a special topic discussion on EI to EC transition. Sandy Schefkind, AOTA Pediatric Program Manager, will be sharing some information and resources from AOTA. We will also briefly discuss the new OT evaluation codes.
