In today’s episode, Ross and Ian discuss the reality of Jesus's resurrection. They take a look at the historical evidence of the resurrection and show why the resurrection provides so much hope. After discussing little lies in last weeks episode today we are going to talk about Major Lies. As Ian salutes and your mind goes the Army we actually want to draw your attention towards some of the big times lies in culture that many people fall for. Things like the need satisfy self and that you don't need God are just a couple of the Major Lies that Ross and Ian dive into today.
Today we discuss what the bible says about lying. We all may know that is says not to lie, but we often struggle to clearly define what that means and end up tolerating "little lies".
With the whole 30 diet coming to an end soon grievances are shared as Ross and Ian look forward to eating real food once again. After they get that off their chest the idea of being not of this world is discussed. Several misconceptions about how christians should function in this world are discussed, and an important definition about the world and culture is brought to light.
Sharing your faith can be a scary or even misunderstood, today Ross and Ian unpack it. All too often it is thought that sharing your faith looks like talking to random strangers about Jesus, while this can work Ross and Ian talk about an alternative relationship building model.
