In our first (proper) episode, we decided to talk about body image. We are both barely 5 ft. tall and growing up, our lack of height was one of our biggest insecurities. During our discussion, we didn't realize that we were doing some things an extra mile to compensate for that insecurity. We talked about how we viewed our body, what our insecurities are, what we appreciate the most, and some tips on how to have a more positive body image. [Note: We are not experts on the subject.
