After long conversations about music, Sleeparchive invited Jannik to release on his label, a major milestone in Jannik's career. Today, he continues to be influenced by Sleeparchive's groundbreaking work and incorporates elements of his style into his own music. After taking a five-year hiatus from music, Jannik is back and more motivated than ever. The recent innovations in sound after the COVID-19 pandemic have reignited his passion for creating music and he is excited to share his new work with the world. In 2021/22, she streamed from Berlin’s HÖR Radio. In addition to her residency and internal work at Sisu, she garners three radio residencies on Fnoob, EHFM and Threads. Originally from Novosibirsk, Russia and recently relocated to London, Dan has a solid experience in electronic dance music being involved for more than 15 years as a record label A&R, DJ, event manager, musician and record reviewer.
Currently busy in the studio working on his sole productions as well as managing Alien Technology HQ label collective, Dan already had a string of releases on a number of world renowned record labels such as Bedrock Records and hard house powerhouse Toolbox to name just a few.
While being regarded for many years as a force within the hard dance scene with his Rebel Frequency project, when it comes to slower bpm Dan is also on point - as his Rhythm Design joint collaboration with Anton Vishniakov (Rise And Fall, Bonzai Progressive, Particles, Perfecto) received constant support from the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Sasha and John Digweed himself.
As a DJ Dan first stepped on the stage in 2001 and since then has appeared at numerous events with gigs stretching to Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Europe and most recently Central America. He performed alongside many respected DJs and producers including Tomcraft, Marcus Schossow, The Panacea, DJ Promo, Electric Indigo, Fanu, Mark Maitland to name just a few, showcasing himself as a versatile DJ capable of working in a wide variety of styles from House and Garage to Techno and Hard Dance.
In this mix for U.D.W.[r] he puts together a selection of his favourite hypnotic techno from the past decade.

internal explorer is a Canadian born, Warsaw based producer and DJ and collector of vinyl records. He has been involved with music for more than 10 years, producing House music under the alias Adam Brass. Today, completely devoted to heavier and more technical sounds, he constantly explores the world of electronic music, oscillating between ambient, experimental and various styles of techno. He describes his style of playing as eclectic, inspired by music from the 90s and early 2000s, detroit techno, the British Murder Boys, Freddy K and Jeff Mills, to name a few... He had the pleasure of playing in the best clubs in Poland such as 999, Smolna, Transformator, Szpitalna 1, Jasna 1, Schron. He is a graduate of sound engineering at the Sae Institute Brisbane, Australia. From 2018 to 2019, he was a member of the Industrial Nation collective, which organized events featuring artists such as Héctor Oaks and Regal. At the turn of 2020/21 he co-created the Warsaw underground project Trainspotting, which hosted top Djs from the Polish and European scene. He produced four EPs, which are available at https://internalexplorermusic.bandcamp.com/ He also recently released ‘Rigorous’ EP on the polish label STRIKT with remixes from Alarico and Cratan. Sacha has a very musical background having played many instruments throughout his Childhood and started learning his way around DAWs from the age of 14 when he was into creating old school hip hop. After he moved to the south of Sweden Sacha fell in love with the underground rave scene and the sound of Techno! Since then he has set himself the mission of getting involved in the scene. In 2018 he moved to London where he studied audio production and graduated in 2020 during the C-19 crisis with a (BA) in audio production. He managed to escape the lockdown and currently resides back in the deep forest of Sweden. Mikrotakt is producing everyday and has fully immersed himself in the development of his sound

Hi all, in these 2 hours my aim was to capture my emotional body using, in this case mostly, techno music. Before I started playing the decks my emotions were fluctuating due to fluctuating personal circumstances. This translated into an escapade altering back and forth between psychedelic, groovy and atmospheric soundscapes, which resemble different periods over those different fluctuations. AHIL is a techno DJ based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He loves to be on the dance floor surrounded by his friends and other like-minded techno addicts. Early 2020 he decided to put his passion for techno into mixing it himself, after being on that dancefloor for over 5 years. Whenever he is not mixing himself he is looking for new tracks, listening to other DJ’s and so on.
His sound can be described as a rolling, deep and driven by simple and clean elements. He always aims for a musical journey, instead of just mixing his favorite tracks together.

Piotr Figiel - music producer, live act performer and dj from Krakow, Poland. Formely known for DCM and Peter Feegle projects, since 2014 Piotr performs under his own name, focusing his work mostly on techno, IDM and playing hardware based live acts. His music always has been an eclectic mixture of different influences and original sound design. Piotr’s work and remixes have been released on many Polish and international labels like Children of Tomorrow, Parabola Records, Dirty Minds or Gynoid Audio. Apart from many dj and live act club gigs, Piotr hosts Essentia Electronica” radio show at Off Radio Krakow station. Through the years the show became one of the most important promotion hubs for the local electronic music scene, artists, collectives and clubs in Krakow. Apart from the solo music activity, Piotr teams up with Dominik Gawroński, creating Krakowitz - nostalgic, synthesizer-based, melodic music project. Piotr also works as a producer, mixing and mastering engineer, helping many artists to achieve the dreamed sound of their records.

Sun Dawei aka CTAFAD. Electronic musician, guitarist, he is a very active Chinese composer.
He started learning to play guitar at the age of fourteen and then set up a punk band, which became the catalyst for him to open the music gate. Settled in Beijing in 1999, then began the research and creation, electronic music and punk band legend in China "underground baby" as the band music arranger and guitarist, at the same time began to dabble in Fashion Show, movies, drama and jingles.For the first time in 2003 in China's famous record company in the name Of Sulumi "modern sky" albums "Air Inhibition Of Water", this is his first formal experimental electronic music show, the original technique to build a new music, present a different way to express the heart.

Bulgarian Petar Tassev (aka MANASYt) has been rocking his own brand of Nurolektro since 2003. He's released on many labels, such as Bunker, Touchin' Bass, Kommando 6 and Musar. Sam Lowry is his other alias for a slightly different sound (on Strange Life Records, Brokntoys and more). Some of his tunes resemble a future horror movie soundtrack, others a visit to a mental clinic but most sound like what exactly hostile aliens would listen to while attacking Earth. Currently based in Amoy, China.

Gabriel Patås is a norwegian guitarist, producer, improvisateur, and DJ, dedicating his life to exploring the possibilities of music. Since taking on the position of Acolyte, knowing that what is known will always be miniscule compared to what there is to know, describing his style has become somewhat difficult, but also quite irrelevant, as it always reflects his latest discoveries and insights, and dedicating time to reflecting on such matters, means less time spent exploring.

Raketka was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus, where she started to collect and play records in 2007. Back then it was mainly Detroit, Acid, and Dub Techno and has later developed into more 'out of genre' styles from Noise to Dark Wave and IDM to Hard Core. From 2009 onwards Raketka has been traveling around the world with a bag full of vinyls. During her musical career, she has held a residency in club Cirrus in GOA, India. From there she has moved to Berlin and later to Santiago de Chile. In 2016 she returned back to Minsk, where she has been curating large music events. In 2017 she signed up with Mixworks label based in Detroit. In 2019 and 2020 Raketka was recognized as the Best Vinyl Dj in Belarus by independent voting.

It doesn’t matter when I was born or where I live. That information is not important. Art doesn’t need information. It was 2011 when I first dived into the universe of techno, getting to explore all of its subgenres, digging deeply to find the talent hidden within. I’ve always held that there can be no rules in music; everyone simply puts into it their own way of making and feeling it, and then their rhythm becomes what they feel it should be. In 2017 I started making my own music, a work that remains in constant progress even today, rediscovering, reintroducing, and reconfiguring the context. This project has developed different facets including a career of performer and audio producer (in constant progress) by experimenting with a great variety of musical streams.
Every interpretation is done in order to create an atmosphere based on Techno and generative Art.
I’ve worked in collaboration with Survival Alliance Records, Underdub Records, Platform 22, Codec Recordings, and many more.
My main international influences have been DVS1, Jeff Mills, Jeroen Search, Sleeparchive, Stanislav Tolkachev among others.
During this year, I’ve focused on shaping and perfecting my own sound as it evolves, remaining faithful to its characteristic sound of quest.

Roulette Rekordz head honcho, half of Cercle Futur, sound designer for artistic performances, electro producer and occasional dj, Vadim Samoluk, the man behind the Poladroïd moniker, has more hats than you could imagine.
Hooked up on electro in the mid-nineties, he started buying synthesizers and created the Poladroïd avatar in 2000. Since then he played mostly in Belgium and all over Europe in places like Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, London, Munich, Bordeaux, Praha, Madrid, Rotterdam... with ADULT, Ectomorph, Luke Eargoggle, Dopplereffekt, EVAC, Zerkalo, MANASYt, Anthony Rother and many others, releasing music on various labels such as International DJ Gigolos, DATA Records, Aerobic Audio, Robodust, Simulacron...
His own structure Roulette Rekordz is being revived at this very moment, releasing artists like Ben Milstein, Dr Floyd, Datacrashrobot, Francois Dillinger, Datawave/Aquatronics and Terens K to name a few. He also runs the Black Oyster Club, a nomadic private club organizing events in the Charleroi area in Belgium.

Hellix, was born in eastern Poland. His exploration of electronic music began when he received his first audio cassettes with trance music. His journey through various genres led to the conclusion that he wants to devote his whole attention to techno. Currently, he lives in Krakow (Poland) and is a regular club-goer. In March 2020 he released his debut EP on Swiss based record label Аеробик. Second half of 2020 brings another EP which contains unofficial remixes of tracks from TAKA, Insolate and Truncate. He is constantly working on new music which should be released this year.

Gustavo Lima, aka A Thousand Details can be considered possibly as one of the most important rising artist of Portugal´s techno scene. In the recent years this Porto based producer has established himself at the forefront of Portugal´s next generation of techno DJs. With releases in different labels, his home is ATD Records, a self-release label with a 100% Made in Portugal concept. Known for fast paced, dark and somewhat distorted rhythms this energetic and charismatic Dj is huge fan of hardware synthesizers, FXs, drum machines, Eurorack and his studio is own sanctuary of creation. Gustavo place emphasis on all crevices of the electronic music spectrum, which is reflected on side projects doing ambient and drone music and the sets he pieces together from his sound collection. A Thousand Details has fast become recognized as a seasoned digger having the opportunity of playing throughout Portugal and at most of the major clubs in Porto such us GARE, Plano B as well as Neopop festival. Andc is a young DJ/Producer from Curitiba , Southern Brazil where he founded the Technoteca collective (@technotecacwb)which has been playing an important role in the local techno scene. Sci-fi and bleep techno lover, he is also introducing heavy and mental rhythms in his music productions. Andc has two collab releases with Marcal and Nicolas Vogler on Rekids and Malör Records. His first solo EP is coming up this year and it will be released by the Brazilian label Primitive State Records.

Piero Gigante aka Zigler, was born in Bari, Puglia, and is a DJ and techno Italian producer class '90. His passion for music started when he was young, thanks to the approach of some musical instruments. During adolescence, he listened electronic, techno, and minimal sounds. At the age of 18, he started to produce the first tracks, using Fruity Loops to create his own sounds. After many years of studies, he decided to live in Belgium to have a different perspective on the Italian electronic scene, So he starts attending some important clubs/ party in Brussels, Antwerp and Amsterdam, which further enriched his cultural background. Fascinated by techno and all its nuances, its first publication in 2018 finally takes shape, with the release of the "Geometry" album, on the "INDUSTRIAL TECHNO UNITED" label. His Traces travel on metallic sounds, with electronic influences, distorted sounds rich in low frequencies, with a dark pad and gloomy atmosphere. In 2019 he took part in the ØHØI project, joining a duo, applying his knowledge to a musical comparison with Paolo Calabrese. By creating a musical genre, their first album "Dcrypt", released May 21, 2019, with experimental and hypnotic facets.
