For this Solstice energy, three major pieces of information came through, which were:
“Turning inside out”

The word “Ingenuity” came through strongly specifically connected with this Solstice energy and the upcoming Full Moon. Many people find themselves in freeze-mode at this time, stuck and unable to move forward. This month reveals new ways we approach our inner world through the perception of ego and subconscious. Many people are going through what they would consider “ego death”, but is simply a shift in perspective as the ego merges back into the subconscious to reveal new layers of the self from the outside looking in.

The third calibration/integration triggered by the 777 portal of July is the shift and rise of Divine Feminine energy. What is the spiritual meaning of love? In this podcast, we breakdown the third installment of the "Trilogy of Love" series, which addresses allowance and acceptance.
Together, the Trilogy of Love is: Adaptability, Compassion, and Allowance/Acceptance.
The more you allow, the more adaptability is able to stretch. The more adaptability is able to stretch, the more compassion we are able to feel in our infinite nature. The more compassion we are able to feel, the more we are able to grasp where change is headed. The more we can grasp where change is headed, the more we must integrate adaptability to get there. The more we integrate adaptability, the more we must sink into allowance so that we can expand into the change instead of resisting it.

A big shift is occurring through the June Solstice gateway 6/17-6/24, with the Sun rising into new heart-based light codes. This integrates a push of even more heart-based light frequency within our human bodies, stepping us more into a heart-based New Earth. Regarding expansion “sprouting where you are”, what also came through is that the Internet plays a huge role in this. For example, a person from a secluded small town can absolutely desire the expansion to create without the need to move across the country to feel that expansion. They can pull it into their experience exactly where they are (sprout where they are), and the internet / social media has been fulfilling that for a lot of people over the past few years - where connectivity is greater than ever before. But there’s also a downside to this, as well. Connectivity through the internet / social media primarily expands the mind space. It connects more and more people, but primarily through the mind. The missing piece is physical movement, which involves more of a heart space connectivity with the Earth grid. So, herein lies a new obstacle for balancing - being able to maintain growth and expansion in BOTH the heart and mind!

Now more than ever before, we are being asked to completely surrender. Surrender into your fears instead of trying to control them. Surrender into your uncertainties and doubts about how your future will look like.
You do not need to know. The more you surrender into not knowing, the more you surrender into the flowing harmonics of life - the greater entity that is all-powerful and all-knowing.
So, just because you may not know, it does not mean that a knowing is not becoming. You will know when the knowing is meant to become. If it is not yet known in your awareness, it means you are not yet meant to know.What often blocks our knowing is our attachment to the past, and when we are growing into areas not dependent upon past outcomes, we must first learn to let go and trust what is not yet known. There is an entire human “ecosystem” built around the consciousness of wounded masculine / wounded feminine. An entire reality and world has been built through that level of consciousness (3D). Because of this, there are “powers that be” within that world that seek to maintain that level of awareness so that more can be created within the wounded masculine / wounded feminine consciousness.
Everything is connected. “Poison” in the food, water, pharmaceuticals, plastics, etc. shift and damage the DNA, cellular structures, endocrine, and hormones of a human physical form (leading to dis-ease). This also maintains the blocked channels of self-expression and self-reception. This adds to inner turmoil, illusion, chaos and confusion. As more inner turmoil rises, it affects the way people self-express and self-receive, leading to more turmoil, illusion, chaos and confusion not only internally, but externally, as well.
Breaking free from this cycle “ecosystem reality” of wounded masculine / wounded feminine requires self-sovereignty. Trusting yourself - regardless of what is occurring in the external environment - is necessary for “reprinting” your DNA frequencies. The DNA can be “healed” despite tragic damages done to it in the wounded masculine / wounded feminine ecosystem. The healing of the DNA comes through healing of the self. The DNA does not heal, but instead, it transforms / transcends into the embodiment of NEW DNA, as the old, damaged DNA and cells falls away (releases from the body), leaving room for new growth to occur.

We have broken a barrier into the embodiment of Christ. What does that mean? It means we are closer to truly understanding what Eternal Love Embodied really signifies, and we are closer to becoming the Eternal Love embodied in the flesh. What this also signifies is the return of Christ - not as a figure, but as Eternal Love rising and awakening within each of us.

Step 1: Let go. This may require for the attachments to surface to let you know what you are holding on to. See it, and have gratitude for it.
Step 2, is to realize your potential in where you are. When you let go, you open space for energy to sweep in, so you must be very intentional in what energy you want to invite in. When you let go, realize the potential in where you are, and invite possibility to take shape in where you are going. This requires openness, dreams, positive flow, and inspiration, so that “possibility” can go from energy to physicality. Feel yourself stepping into pure potential and limitless freedom.
Step 3, is to have faith in the unfolding. Your realities are shifting so quickly, but energy still needs time to take shape. Expectation creates attachments, so release even your expectation. Instead of expectation, have eagerness for what may illuminate for you on your path now that you are open and ready for something new, and something full of potential and possibility - without holding on too tight or attaching too much to the things you want.
Step 4, is to notice the expansion in every NOW moment. What you may not have noticed before, because the mind was spinning in the wheels of constructed limitation - you may now begin to notice. And this is: that each moment is new and different; the changes you have been asking for is here and now, but for you to grab hold of these changes, you must be able to see and connect with them. They are always in the wind, but you are the leaf blowing in the wind, meaning you are moved by its energy and taken to where you can become more in alignment with it.

4 Steps to Processing Emotions:
- PERMISSION. It is okay to feel it. Give yourself permission, allowance, space, and time to feel it. Don’t be so hard on yourself.
- EASE INTO PERSPECTIVE. Ease yourself through the movement of it. This is done with the practice of grace. Instead of allowing the emotion to grab hold of you, you must grab hold of the emotion by opening your perspective of it (this merges heart and mind to work together in processing the fullness of the emotion, but you want to start at the heart not the head). This is not detachment, but disengagement from what you give power to. Do not give power to your emotions, by letting emotions move you through life. Instead, use your life to move through your emotions.
- DISENGAGE. As you move through the emotion, allow yourself to disengage from it. Emotion is energy, and energy amplifies as you focus and feed it. When you allow yourself to naturally move through the emotion (which requires surrender and acceptance), you are allowing for natural unfolding and progression, which is much like a wave in the ocean and how it naturally rises and falls - so is the energy of your emotions. Eventually, the emotion will begin to lift as its layers begin peeling back your attachment to the circumstance. Allow it to release. Do not try to hold on by feeding it more of why it should stay. You will know when it is time to let go. Sometimes, you just gotta get out of your own way.
- SURRENDER. Your gentle release of the emotion will open more surrender within you. When you feel peace of the surrender, then you may open yourself to lifting into higher vibrational emotions without forcing it.

This information came through as "children", but it's becoming more clear that it's so much more - the Obsidian Energy is integrated into all things birthed/created/manifested from these evolving relationships. The information in this episode is shared solely from my perspective and awareness. Not everyone will resonate. Also, I glazed over a lot of things including the passage of time between all the events shared (could be hundreds or thousands of years in between events). Mesopotamia did not form directly after the downfall of Lemuria and Atlantis, but it took many years for things to evolve and change. Also, I am sharing the energy behind everything, not how it manifested in duality or lower density. For example, wars or conflict of these civilizations/past/present have nothing to do with the level of consciousness available to the collective, but have everything to do with the level of density (duality) the available consciousness is filtered through. We all have Source-levels of consciousness available at all times, but density determines the awareness level of that consciousness and how open or closed we are to it.
In the DNA makeup of the collective consciousness, there are three major imprints: Lemuria, Atlantis, and Mesopotamia (incl. Sumeria):
The Lemuria Imprint is Heart-Consciousness-based = Heart
The Atlantis Imprint is Knowledge/Mind-Consciousness-based = Mind
The Mesopotamia Imprint is Christ-Consciousness-based = Soul Embodied (NOT RELIGIOUS, SIMPLY ENERGY)

Consciousness enables your physicality to understand itself. Consciousness offers information for the NOW moment. But you must remember that leading-edge creation sometimes means that you must trust in things you do not know, “the unknown”. This is when your consciousness field provides a portal into the “unknown”.
The “unknown” is the open field of possibility, probability and imagination, which allows you a space to play and trust in miracles and magic. It is “unknown” only because your direct consciousness has not yet understood it in recognizable form. Your NOW moment pulls consciousness from the greater mind into the body and then into recognizable form.
3 is the vibration of the “center of form” (collective body), the collective NOW moment, which focuses on the Body.
6 is the vibration of the “center of consciousness” (collective body). The collective center of consciousness is currently merging with the similar field of consciousness as Ancient Egypt (in its frequency-state, not necessarily knowledge-state). Consciousness focuses on the Mind. The Center of Consciousness works as a “portal consciousness”, or channel, for different fields of imagination.
9 is the vibration of the “center of imagination” (collective body), which is channeled through the collective consciousness, and focuses in Spirit. The collective imagination is now expanding into Lemuria, Atlantis and Mesopotamia (as accessed through expanding high vibrational imagination, not low vibration).

3-6-9 is an energy sequence that the human mind has given a pattern to. The 3-6-9 energy sequence is found everywhere because it is the energy sequence of the Universal body. Everything is energy, and in your physical reality, you create with said energy. The 3-6-9 energy pattern is not much different than the DNA pattern that makes up your entire being. Except, 3-6-9 is a sequence of energy that make up an expanding spiral of enlightenment in the greater Universal body.
The number 3 represents an energy frequency that aligns with form. The number 6 represents an energy frequency that aligns with consciousness. The number 9 represents an energy frequency that aligns with spirit. In the Universe, these three frequencies tune together to create waves of light that manifest in different ways. It depends where in the greater Universal body the energy is harmonizing.

Power of Opposition: Many people fail to see the power of opposition because their minds are so hardwired with association - that if something is bad, it makes you feel bad - and so they stay in the feeling of bad. However, consciousness expansion can come from any vibrational feeling.
This is also why duality is so powerful in learning who we truly are. We are not only love, joy, happiness and all things good. What duality teaches us, is that we are even the bad. But when we are in duality, and attached to emotions with judgements, then we see “bad” as “bad”, and do not fully understand that it is not only an emotion, but simply energy that we are uniquely expressing as human emotion. Beyond our human-ness, “bad” and “good” are waves of energy that allow us to express and experience a physical reality in unfathomable ways. This is when you know you have released attachment and judgements to your vibrational feeling state.
You are non-physical Source energy having a physical experience, and utilizing your Source stream of energy as fragments of expression, which involve different types of vibrational feelings and emotion.
When you get to the part of the journey where you recognize your unity and wholeness, you are understanding that you are first spirit, and that this human experience is fleeting. So, the biggest shift comes when you release attachment to and judgements of the human form in the physical - and shift to trusting the flow of your divinity that is having a human experience for the sake of expansion.
Did you ask for the difficult or devastating situation? No. But you asked for expansion. When you allow your infinite flow of divinity and faith (non-physical) to move you first, you find the powerful expansion in even the worst situations. But if you allow your impermanent human-ness (physical) to lead you first, then you will find the deepest wounds within you and the deepest faults outside of you - which is valid, too, in your experience. But at some point, you must make the decision of what channel of energy you want to flow deeper into. Both will lead to expansion in some way, but will have very different paths. And the choice is always yours.

New Earth energy signatures are rooted in unity. Each potential frequency signature exists in alignment with a rooted energy of internal equilibrium. Therefore, the foundation of frequency shifting (or emotional changes) is no longer rooted in duality, but rooted in harmonious action. In other words, the New Earth energy signatures are founded upon inner balance, ease, flow, your “zero-point” access field, and divine neutrality (or inner peace).
Four potentialities enter you into the Zero-Point field, or Divine Neutrality. When you open the Zero-Point field, you still exist in a physical reality that is duality-based, but not duality-dominant. Instead, the Zero-point allows you to exist in duality while holding a dominant foundational vibration of unification. This allows a unified field of reality to be the dominant reality while duality is simply an energy field similar to a vibrational feeling, and serves a purpose for expansion. For example, duality becomes a vibrational feeling, like feeling mad. You feel duality, but you do not exist IN duality. Just like you would feel mad, but you do not exist in the madness. Existing in duality fed many lower vibrations. When you exist in a more unified field of reality, you are feeding all energy sources as energetic possibilities. Meaning, there is possibility in joy and possibility in anger. You are not the feeling, but you use the feeling to open possibilities.
The Zero-Point field, which becomes your unified foundational field is based in the High Heart and radiates at a constant frequency of Unconditional Love. The duality field was the separation of heart and mind. The High Heart is the merging of heart and mind together, which unlocks unconditional love in the form.
Potentialities: are self-recognitions of Source Light within your enlightened experience. Therefore you are able to co-create your experience within the recognition of these Source Light potentialities. You are the reflection of Source when you are in motion as form. When you are formless, you are the essence of Source. Each being - whether formed or formless - has their own experience with how they enable the Light of Source within them.
There is no right or wrong way to express your intention of Source because there are many facets that make up the wholeness of who you truly are. When people feel that they are not worthy enough, it is your indication that your connection to Source is being overshadowed by your attachment to Form.
When you feel in alignment with who you truly are, your Soul Essence of Source moves through you and is the driving force of your experience. This is not what worthlessness feels like, but full worthiness is when you know and understand that everything is an extension of you, as you are it. This is the strength in your connection to God/Source. Your existence in knowing that YOU ARE (I AM presence), allows not only for your recognition within all things, but for all things to be recognized within you, too.

This episode speaks about the foundational aspects of creating your reality through resonance. From there comes much deeper, more complex layers of creating your reality. For example, we speak about resonance in this episode, but with resonance also comes dissonance. Dissonance creates a lot of the conflict, challenges and contrast in the world. Both are co-creative forces, but you must be able to learn past the "bad vs. good" that comes with resonance and dissonance. Our souls are co-creating together, which feeds our physical forms the inspiration to move. So really, co-creating, including creating your own reality is about honoring the way your soul desires to create through you (another level of co-creation between you and Higher Self). Your desire and empowerment to create your reality is directly connected to your Inner Truth inspiration, which is fed by your Higher Self, Soul and the Source Within. You are just a vessel for the inspiration to move and create through.
Before incarnating, you agree with other souls how you will help each other to grow, expand and learn on the Earth plane. Souls co-create all the time - they have been doing it even in 3D. They co-create on a soul level to learn and experience growth. However, in 3D, most people were not aware of it because their focus was on the physical and how it was playing out in the physical, and attaching to the outcomes in the physical, whether good or bad. They are blind to soul co-creative movement. As you move into 5D, you become more conscious of co-creation on a soul level, so you understand that the playing field of physical is just physical manifestation of your greater co-creation on a soul-level with yourself and others.
I understand that there are good things and bad things that happen in the world, including in your own reality. But you must know that your attachment to whatever and whoever is involved in the "good" or "bad" things is how you are going to perceive it and learn through it. This is why, when you release attachment, you are able to witness the unfolding from your Inner Truth more clearly, and your perception shifts. It is okay to feel yourself through the good and bad - we are humans with emotions and this is how we experience our world. But we must also not forget that we came for the sake of expansion, and every high, every low, and everything in between is serving us one way or another. When you release yourself from the attachment - and simply move through the experience, learning growth, empowerment, purpose and deeper understanding - you begin to master your experience.

Blueprint of Divine Consciousness PART 4
When monuments connect together, the bigger picture forms, and the same thing can be said about the months and seasons of your calendar. The seasons open the energy of the months, and the months open the energy of the year, and a year opens the energy of a cycle, and a cycle opens energy of a cosmic calibration that determines ascension steps into expansion (or contraction, depending upon where the Universal growth is).
The cosmic calibration then feeds the energy of the solar system and planet Gaia, which affect the seasonal energy of Gaia. And so the seasons then open energy into the months, which open energy into the year, and so on and so forth in this megalith cosmic cycle.
So, your alignment to the seasons and months assists in your alignment and flow within the greater cosmic cycle. Each year is different, but the principle, or foundational energies remain very similar. In each energetic field of season or month, comes a dominant principle, or foundational energy, that allows you to access deep layers within.
On the journey of Self-Realization, the layers that you access are layers within the Self. But on a journey of Soul-Realization, the layers that you will access are layers within energy consciousness and soul-unity. And so the journey begins.

You are Source in body, and Source has the overwhelming desire to create. Your ability to nurture your human Earth experience as a playground for expansion only adds fuel to the inspiration behind Source’s ability to create.
Isn’t the taste of water the sweetest when you are thirsty? How would you connect to the sweetness of water if not for your thirst? Duality is not bad, you have just forgotten the purpose it was meant to serve you on a soul-level. And now that many of you have awakened to knowing yourself (through the Self-Realization journey), you are ready to know yourself truly as a Soul-Crystallized Being (through the Soul-Realization journey).
A Soul-Crystallized Being is a unique connection to your soul. You are not tapped in as a human or even a human experience, but rather, you are tapped in as a greater soul realizing itself through the mirror of your human experience. Meaning, your soul consciousness expands as you expand in your Self aspect. Being simultaneously aware of the expansions in the self and the expansion in the soul is what it means to be Soul-Crystallized.
When you are on a journey of Self-Realization, you are on a journey of self-knowledge and understanding why you are human. When you are on a journey of Soul-Realization, you are on a journey of soul remembrance and understanding who you truly are as more than human, but soul-centered and heart-centered connected as One.

Everything in the Universe Exists Upon Earth through Consciousness
Cosmic connection is perceived in human form. And so, in the human form, you have the ability to connect to ALL in the Universal network system of consciousness. The Universe was birthed from nothing, but nothing needed to have desire and directed energy in order to birth the Universe. The mind of the Universe called out, “Create!” and the Universe was birthed. But, in order for the Universe to birth, the mind of the Universe needed to understand what of the barren field most wanted to experience. So, the mind of the Universe dug deep within its own barren and unconstructed dreamscape to find a Seed of Thought that was the inner child of the Universe. And the Inner Child of the Universe said, “I want to experience love and not-love”. And so the desire was sparked in the mind of the Universe and the Universe was born.
When you get to the core of your inner child, your inner child desires two things: love and not-love. This is because the experience of love expands your perception of the Universe. And the experience of not-love expands your perception of the Self.
When you fully grasp these words, and fully open this deep connection to your Inner Child in this way, you will know for sure, how you are connected to Source, and how your connection to Source connects you to everything in the Universe, especially those closest to you.

“There is a cycle of 7 years that you as a collective are opening into. It opened with the year 2020, and will close with the year 2027. This is the great period of reintegration with the Sun. Many of you already are aware of ancient cultures that have worshipped the Sun, and viewed the Sun as a deity, or god.
Why do you think there is such powerful division in your communities? Your collective consciousness is the dialect of the greater energy flow of masculine and feminine in the non-physical. Meaning, if there is not unity in the greater masculine and feminine energy in the non-physical upon your planet, then there will be strong division in the dialect that emerges out of this greater separation.
This 7 year cycle you have entered is a period of time when your planet is energetically re-balancing herself and emerging from her suppressed immune system and re-aligning to her connection with the Sun. The Sun will powerfully assist in these energetic changes and shifts upon your planet.”

“The masculine energy falling is not only lower dimensional masculine energy, but all forms of masculine energy as separate from the feminine. 3D masculine energy is rash, impulsive, power, struggle, and abrasive. And, when the rising feminine embraces the falling masculine, the masculine energy shifts as its inner child is finally set free. Masculine energy softens and stillness can be found in the turmoil. Masculine energy embraces a flow rather than a struggle. It is the angry child desiring to be held and nurtured. Your collective is currently hashing out the duality tug-o-war of winning and losing, power and victimhood. Climate change, releasing suppressed energy, immune system and energy body shifts, energetic equilibrium being restored
“The Sun, essentially, since the Reptilian takeover, has been banished from Earth - or vice versa with the Reptilians banishing the Earth from the Sun, however you want to look at it - thus suppressing Earth’s immune system in many ways. Because this barrier, created by the Reptilians, has been thinning and losing steam, more energy and knowledge from the Sun is able to integrate within the Earth’s body as well as individuals and the collective. What this does is open the Earth’s immune system once again, it fully reactivates the Earth’s suppressed immune system, and repairs alignment to the greater body of the Sun and solar system.
However, this transformation is powerful. A suppressed immune system that opens and activates again means that everything that was suppressed also opens and activates like wildfire. Your collective mind blames the ecosystem changes and weather changes to climate change, due to humans. But, your weather changes and ecosystem shifts are due to the immune system of the Earth activating once again, releasing its suppression.”

August New Moon Collective Energy Reading: REFOCUS, RENEW, RESET, RESTORE
REFOCUS is about acknowledging the pain, heartbreak, loss, sadness, grief, or any other “dark” energy rising from within you. But it is not about attaching to that energy, holding tight, or playing victim. This energy rises from within you in order to get your attention into the space of what you DO want. So, when unwanted energy rises from within you, shift your focus not on attaching to this unwanted energy, but softening your connection to it by offering it compassion, unconditional love, and forgiveness. This opens space for you to release this duality energy and embrace movement towards what you do want. So, from here, you shift your focus into what you do want.
RENEWAL comes with perspective. And shifting your perspective from separation to infiniteness, will create a new frequency upon which you view the world.
RESET your mindset about where you are right now. You may find that you are not necessarily where you think you are, but rather simply being prepared to jump to the next stone in front of you. RESET your mindset when contracting thoughts and feelings come up for you. They are not coming up for you to hold on to, but they are coming up to tell you that you are not receiving or allowing the energies of the next phase to open up for you, and your resistance is what opens these conflicting and contracting feelings, emotions and thoughts.
A powerful wave of energy is being offered with this New Moon to RESTORE who you truly are, by reintegrating inner empowerment through surrender, and releasing powerlessness and hopelessness. When this shift happens within you, you will notice powerful shifts in the world around you, shifts in the manifestations that show up for you, and most importantly, shifts in how you respond to all types of situations from here on out.

Religion is a pillar of 3D construct that must also change, and in this episode, we will talk about how religion has opened the ultimate form of duality, which is: dark vs. light. Darkness on the planet is considered “not of God”, but duality splits God into “not God” or ‘God’. ‘Not God’ being ‘dark’ and ‘God’ being ‘light’.
God is All, even the darkest of the dark and what you would consider the ‘absence of God’. And, in duality, darkness is to be feared. But, darkness in duality is simply God not knowing itself. And, lightness in duality is simply God knowing itself. And so, is there anything to fear about the darkness? No. Because God still exists in the darkness. God still expresses itself in the darkness.

In today's episode we talk about this Reptilian agenda that is currently crumbling, how we got to this state of lower dimensional consciousness in the first place, and how we are now integrating higher knowledge from the SUN.
“All Suns are connected to the greater body and act as “neurotransmitters” for the greater Universal Body. Suns communicate information to their Solar System. But, in your solar system, a type of “barrier” was created around Earth, and around other planets in your solar system, as a way to “trap” souls in energy cycles. These barriers were put in place by lower dimensional and lower vibrational life forms, such as the Reptilians, who “took over” the Earth plane for their own “advancement”.
Lightworkers have opened a “gateway” more than halfway open to receive information from the Sun. This has been happening for quite some time now. You may have already noticed within the past few years that the Sun is bigger and brighter. This is the physical manifestation of the opening gateway upon Earth that receives more of the Sun’s knowledge and information. This also means that the barrier around Earth and other planets is very weak, much more weak than 50%. It is almost fully gone.”

When you feel powerlessness or anger from injustice or oppression, you must know that your Soul is trying to tell you that you are a powerful vessel for change. But, change does not integrate within the Soul unless peace is integrated as well. When you have unrighteousness in your blood, it is as powerful as powerlessness. And there is no peace when you bleed powerlessness. Shift the energy of your blood, and you will shift your world. Shift your blood by shifting how you are waging war within yourself. In this episode, we take peek into the energetic shifts from 3D construct into 5D construct. The guides bring forth an analogy that connects what is going on in our collective manifestation to the collective consciousness as “cancer” spreading through the collective consciousness and manifesting in the physical collective. I don’t usually like to share “future” energy readings that come through as things often change just by becoming aware of things. BUT this information kept coming through (even interrupting in the middle of bringing through other information), and wanted to be shared, so I am simply sharing from my perspective, although leave the energy reading open to interpretation, and take it with an open heart and open mind.
This is not being shared from a fear-based perspective, but simply to open awareness of possible unfolding of energy. We are in a powerful time of shifting energy, and the way it manifests in our experiences are completely up to Mother Gaia and the greater creative/destructive energies being expressed on the planet during the unfolding. Allow for energy to move through you holding love, light, and knowing all is truly well, and you help transmute the energy not only for yourself but for Gaia and the collective.
This energy reading is connected to larger information that was coming through regarding 4 Pillars of Construct within a 3D construct and how it is shifting into a 5D construct. The 3D construct is a Construct of Rule. The 5D construct is a Construct of Open Thought. In this series, we speak (not fear-based) about what is going on with the shifting and crumbling of 3D structures, constructs, and beliefs as we simultaneously open knowledge of the shifts and birthing of the 5D construct of free thought, unity consciousness, and balance of dark and light. Knowledge is power, and if you open this information in your awareness, it helps you to understand what is going on in these shifting times so that you can strengthen your light within for yourself and others.

Soulverse Ep. 3, "Merkaba Star" Part 1 | We’re talking about the power held within the umbilical cord that connects you both to the physical plane (to create, manifest, and experience) and the non-physical plane (life-force energy held within the collective energy). However, there are shifts being made that will disconnect you from receiving non-physical life-force energy from the umbilical cord and now connect you to the pineal gland to receive life-force energy from a higher frequency vortex.
As these shifts take place within you and the collective, it means that you are transmuting energy within your sacral, which holds a lot of fear, trauma, control, and hate within your history, lineage, bloodline, and ancestry. This is all coming to the surface to be released, and there are many ways for this energy to release. The Coronavirus is one way that this energy is bubbling to the surface. It digs into your collective mind and brings up a lot of past trauma, especially energy of World War 2, the Nazis, concentration camps, “separation” of races/religion, power and control, fear. This energy is powerfully clearing right now, so help to offer mercy by showing it love, and knowing that you can help in the clearing and healing of your collective mind.
