This podcast discussed what is PRN therapist, what are the factors to consider before jumping into being a PRN, the pros and cons, and a lot more. This is beneficial for any physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech therapist. VERY IMPORTANT: For foreign-trained therapists, this is not yet applicable for you while you are still under contract with the agency or company who petitioned you. Always consult your HR for clarification. Based on my personal experience, I had to finish my contract with my agency only then I was able to apply to any company of my choice and choose whether I want to be full time, part time or as needed.
