This is a student run podcast made for students by fellow students at the Queensland University of Technology. The podcast features several individual series ranging from general discussions to film reviews to interviews with various clubs throughout the university. QUT Hype interviewer Malithi Weragama met with Brisbane rock band Safety Hazard. The band is a duo composed of bassist Tom Gillard, drummer Jack McLeod and inanimate band member Sloane the cone. Weragama found out what it is like working with Australia's only student-run record label Vermillion Records, how the band formed, their creative process and music, and why they decided to go into rock music.
