As we begin a new year, lifestyle changes and new years resolutions drive the aspirations of many. On this episode of the Spotlight Series, Sr. Account Director at Juniper Park; Jamie Kerr, struggled with his weight very early on in life. Throughout our conversation, Jamie takes us through is personal struggles, how 20 years as a martial artist helped overcome them, and how his love of wellness and the significant changes he continues to make to his lifestyle has become a true passion for him.
