This week Alan is joined by LOI and Shelbourne legend Tony "Shero" Sheridan. The lads look back at Tony glorious football path from Lourdes Celtic to Coventry and back to Shels. With some memorable goals along the way, dinks, chips and lobs Shero was a real fans favourite (even if you didn't follow the men from Tolka Park!)
Waiting for this one for a while! Delighted to have former Shels, Bohs, Hibs and Shamrock Rovers manager and current GM of Linfield Pat Fenlon.
Joining Alan and Stu this week is Tommy Higgins. After a turbulante few days for the club with a string of losses, Liam Buckley stepping down and a bounce back fantastic win over Derry, we were delighted to have Tommy join us.
The lads chat everything from where he sees Sligo and the league over the next few years, the developing of the ground, the search for a new first team manager and where football in the country should be going after the pandemic. A great listen from a passionate business man and a great character too.
This week sees UCD manager Andy Myler jump into studio. The lads chat the season so far for students, the difference in playing top flight football, trying to hang on to such a young team and the bit of bad news that broke today on their star man.
This week Alan welcomes back his good pal Stu into studio and the lads discus last weekends events on the pitch (bad pitches!) and the breaking news that Stephen Bradley has been given permision to talk to Lincoln City about their vacant mangers position.
Also delighted to have new Rotherham goal hero (and Bohs favourite) Donegals Georgie Kelly on with us. He tells us about the past few months making the switch over to league 1 and about his debut last Sunday!
Delighted to be joined by Shamrock Rovers midfielder Jack Byrne and his life long good friend Niall Flynn.
The lads discuses everything from Jack father passing at a young age, his footballing journey so far and his thoughts on making another Irish panel under Stephen Kenny.
Delighted to have former Shelbourne team mate on the pod this week, Dave Rodgers. The lads take a look back at some wonderful years in Tolka Park including wonder strike against Hajduk Split. (Who could ever forget!)
Also as the lads get back after a few weeks break, they discuss last weekends results and a full card last Monday too.

Alan is joined by TV Chef and Finn Harps fanatic Gary O Hanlon. Gary takes us through his playing days in Donegal, how some of his best friends were met through playing in the Boston and his fondness for Finn Harps!
No Stu with Alan this week but we get Gary's thoughts on how Finn Harps will get on against Shamrock Rovers this weekend.
This week Al and Stu look back at an action packed weekend as Sligo Rovers came to Tallaght and grabbed a point, Drogheda took all 3 in the Louth derby, Derry City left it late but grabbed to get the winner against St Pats, Bohemians were held by UCD and Finn Harps had a great win on the road against Shelbourne.
And with no games coming up this weekend the lads take a look at the two Ireland friendlies.
A busy one this week as they lads have two rounds of matches to get stuck into, but thankfully they have a Rolls Royce of a defender helping them out, Gary Buckley of Sligo Rovers.
A good night in Tallaght last Friday for the home side as Shamrock Rovers got the better of Bohs 1-0, Sligo Rovers racked up 6 goals in 2 games with wins over Finn Harps and Drogheda that sees them joint second with Derry City, but it was two good solid performances from St Pats that has them top of the pile after 6 games.
Another busy weekend for Alan and Stu to get stuck into as St Pats beat Shamrock Rovers 1-0 in Inchicore, Finn Harps and Bohemians played out a 1-1 draw, Derry got the better over Shelbourne, Sligo and Dundalk also shared the points while Drogheda put 4 past UCD.
And to give the lads a helping hand this week is none other then Harry Cawley!
This week Al and Stu are joined by Shels and Ireland defender Chloe Mustaki. Chloe has had a remarkable past few years overcoming Hodgkin's lymphoma and an ACL tear on her way to making her first Irish senior cap.
The lads also look back at a busy few days with two full rounds of fixtures from Friday and Monday.
Alan & Stu look back at the first weekend of action as Shamrock Rovers & St Pats got off to winning ways, Dundalk & Derry shared the spoils at Oriel Park and storm Eunice had her say out west disrupting Sligo and Finn Harps first home game of the season.

And in Cup action a great win for Waterford over UCD, handy wins for St Pats & Bohs gets them into the hat for the semis and Finn Harps and Dundalk will have to do it again tonight!
This week on Cawley's Call Alan sits down with Bohs inform striker Georgie Kelly.
Georgie chats about some of his former clubs Derry, UCD, Dundalk & St Pats. Plus of course lots on his current side Bohemians where he’s flying including the fantastic run in Europe and hopefully getting his hands on the FAI Cup.
A great chat this week as Alan & Stu are joined by Shelbourne CEO David O’Connor and Media officer Gavin White.
The lads chat about the challenges of growing Shels over the past number of years, the season so far in the first division and their hopes going forward with new facilities on the horizon.
Alan and Stu also look back at the weekends action with the FAI cup taking main stage and a classic thrown up at Dalymount that saw Bohemians progress to the 1/4’s with a 2-1 win over their nearest and dearest, Shamrock Rovers.
This week the lads are joined by Ireland's legendary defender Kenny Cunningham.
Kenny looks back at the return legs of the European games last week with a good win for Shamrock Rovers but defeats for Dundalk & Bohemians.
They also review all the weekends action as the race for European football heats up nicely.
And Kenny tells us about how he was looking forward to a long car journey listening to some of his old CD’s ……only to discover the new car had no CD player! Raging he couldn’t hear the Killers Alan gave us a few bars of his favourite tune!
Roy tells us about his time at Cork City under Damien Richardson, explaining that England isn’t the be-all and end-all for young players and how things didn’t exactly get off to a flyer in Australia!
The lads also look back at what was an unbelievable (and we know it’s only half time) week for Irish teams in Europe. Another Bohemians superb performance at the Aviva, a viral goal scored by Dundalks Patrick McEleney against Vitesse and what a moment for 17 -year -old Aidomo Emakhu in Tallaght, grabbing a 91st min winner for Shamrock Rovers! What a week!
Marc talks about his playing days at Millwall and QPR and also chats about his management career and how he ended up at Waterford. He also gives his views on our league and it’s standard, plus the referees.
Also this week Alan and Stu look back at Shamrock Rovers convincing win over St Pats in Tallaght and they look ahead to the European action taking place this week.
Alan & Stu are joined by former UCD, Brighton & Kilmarnock midfielder Gary Dicker.
Gary looks back with fondness on his time with Brighton and gives us a great insight into just how progressive they are as a club. Also tells us how good their underage setup is with him now taking up a role as Under 23 player/coach.
The lads also look back on the weekends action in the Cup with wins for Cork City over Sligo, Dundalk beating Treaty and St Mochta’s getting the better of Crumlin to name but a few. Also a big preview on Bohs massive clash at the Aviva tomorrow night against Dudelange.
And finally they also discuss how NOT to make a cup draw as Alan forgot to keep the big guns away from each other in the next round of the FAI Cup!
This week the lads look back on what could have been for both Rovers, Shamrock & Sligo, that magical night in the Aviva for Bohs (with another one on the cards next week!) and Dundalk marching on handily enough.

A birthday special this week as the lads celebrate a full year of the podcast! Time flies!
This week they are joined in studio by comedian and super Bohemians fan Eric Lalor. Eric chats about his love for the league especially Bohs, growing up heading to Dalymount with his Da and his family connections to the club.
He also chats about how he’s coped during COVID 19 as gigs stopped and his focus has changed over the last few months.
The lads also look at the European fixtures facing Irish teams as Shamrock Rovers get set to take on Slovan Bratislava, Sligo Rovers face FH Hafnarfjorour, Bohemians take on Stjarnan FC and Dundalk play Newtown AFC.

A big Sligo Rovers love fest this week as the lads catch up with Eoin Doyle. They discuss his time at Sligo Rovers. It being some of the best days of his life, signing on the 11th hour on transfer deadline day and his unfinished business in the league. Potentially returning home to play here in the league someday?!?! (*Are you listening Stephen Bradley?!?
The lads also look back at how Sligo have reached the top of the league as we head into the mid season break with two big wins over Shamrock Rovers and a dogged Finn Harps. They also look at the potential of Pats, Bohs and Drogheda pushing the top two.

This week Dylan Watts joins Alan & Stu for a chat to reflect on the amazing unbeaten run Shamrock Rovers are on. The lads also look back on the weekends results as Sligo Rovers take all 3 points at Dundalk, Shamrock Rovers nick it at the death against St Pats, Waterford (U19’s) hammered by Drogs and Bohemians get a big win at home to Finn Harps. In a slight change of format and following on from last week’s discussion about where football finds itself in Ireland, the lads chat about the current state of the FAI at both ground level and behind the doors at Abbotstown. An interesting discussion ensues.
