I go over assuming positive intent, thinking about your lover first and not calling your partner names or swearing at them. I love you guys!
1.Know that as a baby, you were incapable of judging Yourself negatively.
2. Know that judging yourself negatively is a learned behavior.
3. Know that your biological drives are stronger than anything you’ve ever learned in your entire life.
4.Pay attention to the initial feelings of acceptance and curiosity that naturally happens first whenever you don’t succeed at something.
