Hello and welcome.
Today is a beautiful day where I live. The sky is a mix of blue and white clouds. I’ve already been outside playing with my horse this morning. It's such a joy to see him roll around—he almost looks like he’s laughing—and he loves the grass so much.
Right now, the grass here is a vivid green, though it won’t last much longer. In California, within another month or two, everything usually turns brown. We've had more rain than usual this year, so for now, welcome to my green world.
Today's Focus: Expanding WealthToday, we’re going to expand our potential for wealth—more and more wealth. We'll look at where we already have abundance in our lives and invite even more of what we’ve been designing to show up in our current reality.
This past week, I did some interesting past-life regression work and found some exceptionally uncomfortable lifetimes stored in my body. It’s not my favorite feeling, especially after a good night's sleep, but it does call for awareness.
If you’re experiencing parts of your reality that don't yet match your desires, you're not alone. I've been on this planet for a few decades, and I've learned that sometimes our dreams and reality don't align perfectly—yet.
For example, I've dreamed of living on a horse ranch, and now I do! My car is a close match for what I desire too, though I see an electric car in my future. Expansion often happens when we can love what we have while still inviting what we desire.

Place your feet firmly on the ground about a foot apart.
Connecting with Earth EnergyImagine pulling Earth energy up through the balls of your feet.
Pull that beautiful energy up through your knees.
Now, bring red energy through the base of your spine—the root chakra.

Opening the Second Chakra: Creativity and MoneyNext, roll orange energy through your second chakra (located near your sexual organs).

Allow silver energy to flow into this space, refreshing and healing it.
Strengthening the Third Chakra: Self-Care and ConfidenceMove up to your third chakra, located at your solar plexus.
This area glows a bright yellow and governs self-care and personal power.
Send bright, healing yellow light through your solar plexus and allow any tension or stuck energy to clear.
Opening the Heart Chakra: Healing and CompassionNow move up into your heart chakra.
You might want to place your hand over your heart.
The heart chakra vibrates with a green color.
It connects you to the Divine and to compassion.
Many of us carry wounds here from betrayal or loss.
Without needing to relive the pain, simply ask for healing, strength, and balance in this beautiful heart space.
Clearing the Throat Chakra: Speaking Your TruthNext, move into the throat chakra.
This chakra shines a blue color.
Roll beautiful, clear blue energy through your throat.
This is your center for speaking your truth.
Cultures across history often silenced people—children, women, even young princes.
Release any leftover energy or belief systems that keep you from speaking freely.
Breathe in fresh blue energy and allow your voice to strengthen.
Awakening the Third Eye Chakra: Intuition and KnowingNow move up into the third eye chakra, which vibrates a violet color.
This chakra holds telepathic capacities and clear knowing (claircognizance).
In many past lives, people with these abilities were persecuted.
Send love and healing to any part of you that has been wounded for being intuitive.
Ask to be the best vessel for your Divine awareness, without fear or hesitation.
Expanding Beyond: Morphogenetic ChakrasNow, extend your awareness to the seventh through fifteenth chakras—the morphogenetic chakras.
They surround you and connect you to higher consciousness and the Earth.
Simply ask:
"God, please clear all my morphogenetic chakras. Please help me release anything holding me back."
Inviting Wealth into Every AreaNow let's consciously invite wealth into every part of your life:
- Wealth in your body, hands, teeth, shoulders
- Wealth in your bank account

- Wealth where you once leaked energy—now fully healed

Hello, I'm loving some interesting clearings that I'm embarking upon myself this week. It's very fascinating and powerful.
As I was reflecting, it was really foggy this morning where I live. There was this kind of eerie fogginess right at dawn, when the light comes in, all drenched in fog. It's interesting to me when fog obscures vision, when we're blocked from seeing things because of the dense fog. Yet there's an awareness that the sun is going to break through. Well, I'm in California, so the sun always breaks through. And the fog will lift, and we'll be able to see clearly.
I was just kind of looking at that way of how life brings us sort of fogginess and then clarity, then fogginess and then clarity. One of my favorite things to do in the morning is, after I'm done with my gratitudes (because I always do my gratitudes), I say, "Could you send me an epiphany today?" and I kind of just send it out into the universe, to God or All That Is. And I say, "Come with an epiphany today."
My epiphany this morning was—I don't think "brutal" is the appropriate word, but it approaches deeply challenging, shall I say. It was all around forgiveness - so here is a guided forgiveness meditation as a gift to you (and to myself!).
You're joining me here on Energy Clearing for Life. This is Erica. I built this show as a self-meditation. So we're going to walk through forgiveness today.
As I was clearing things and releasing regrets from my past choices, it was really interesting to me to take responsibility for choices that ended up maybe in very clashing, painful experiences—or being married to an icky person. Well, me and Narcissus, let's just call it what it was.
Let's look at the ways in which we can heal and we can forgive. It's funny, I did a whole class on forgiveness in 2012. It was so powerful. I went through how to forgive easily first to build your forgiveness strength. Then I created a forgiveness journal, which is available on Amazon. In it, I put little prompts—it's like a sketchbook journal—and I put little prompts to help facilitate forgiveness.
On the cover of my forgiveness journal, I put an infinity symbol, which I felt was very beautiful. I did it in a dark blue, starry night color. I really had fun building that forgiveness journal.
I believe sometimes these podcasts and my writing are partly my own higher self educating me and then educating all of you. Maybe "educating" is the wrong word—sort of gently working collaboratively with your energy to help you be the best and brightest you that you can be.
This month—or you may listen to this out of sync—but this month is really showing us in 2025 that it's time to express ourselves and shine our brightest light. That's really coming through strongly in all the messages I'm seeing from all the star seeds and sort of higher consciousness individuals I know on the planet. Pretty much I'm hearing collectively: it's time to shine our light brightly.
I'm going to go into a meditation with you on forgiveness. Just give yourself the next seven or eight minutes. See if you can find somewhere quiet or private where you can close your eyes. See if you can just breathe.
At the core of forgiveness, there's a release of any kind of victim consciousness. So we want to just own our choices and say, "I made choices. I forgive myself for choices I made that caused such challenges in my life." Wow, that was pretty big.
"I forgive myself for surrounding myself with people who couldn't see my light." Yeah, I feel better after that.
Now let's breathe energy up through the earth, through the balls of our feet. Nice, through our knees. Just breathe blue energy up, up through the base of your spine.
Now your second chakra—that's money, creativity, and sexuality. Let's just go ahead and breathe orange energy through there, or light orange tangerine.
Now let's go ahead and breathe special warm healing light to our solar plexus chakra area. Then go ahead and breathe green light through our heart chakra.
Just forgive yourself again in the heart area for any choices that led to painful experiences. Often our parents were choices that led to some painful experiences that we at some level chose so we could grow. Just forgive yourself for choosing various individuals.
I had a nefarious individual in my life who was my editor in Santa Barbara where I used to live. That was really interesting. I was still working on forgiveness, and I found out he passed away. It was so fascinating to me that I had somehow carried forth his criticisms of me and let them embed and hurt my heart. And he was long gone from the planet, right? I gave him a big forgiveness for that a while back, to heal my own heart.
For anyone who's kind of stuck it to you or been particularly unkind to you, go ahead and just send forgiveness to that experience.
Nice. Now let's go up into our throat chakra and just release any of the times that people didn't want you to talk. So many cultures have this feminine thing where women were not supposed to say anything. Children were not supposed to say anything. "Be seen and not heard." Is that crazy?
Go ahead—this is crossing so many cultures, and I've met with so many different people from Chinese descent, Indian descent, Mexican descent, all different backgrounds, Irish Catholic descent—children (especially girls) who were not supposed to be heard. Forgive anyone around you who told you to shut up or who just didn't want to hear you, right? Just release that.
Nice. And by forgiving those who have dimmed your light and forgiving them, what happens is you heal so your heart and your throat chakra open up, and you can accept more love again and be receiving of money and receiving of joy and receiving of delight or this zest for life. So nice.
Now we want to go up into our third eye, and this is where we receive telepathic communications, should we desire that. It's the place between our eyebrows, and it usually operates in violet. Let's just go ahead and run energy through there.
If you have to go somewhere where there are a lot of lower consciousness experiences—like maybe LAX, maybe standing in line at the Dollar Tree, or maybe standing in line at the grocery store—and you can't really control all the different beings that are there, you could be standing next to a mom who's just lashing out at her children. It could just wreck your whole day, maybe if you were an empath and just kind of went into all what they were suffering about and what they were having such a hard time with.
Now go ahead and look at the top of your crown and up. This is generally a white layer. Some people choose it to be gold, though. So white or gold—whatever works for you—and connect to celestial.
If you believe in this view, ask for forgiveness from Source for everything you've chosen that has kind of led you astray. We all go astray and then we get back on. Then we go astray and then we get back on. It's human. It's how we are—being our humanness is going astray and then coming back on course.
Very nice. So go ahead and just accept love from the heavens all around you. Now just go ahead and ask for the 7-15th Merkaba genetic chakras. These go above your head and below your feet and to the sides. Go ahead and just ask for healing for all of that from heaven, and then also pull blue earth energy up too.
About a foot around your body, or 18 inches, just see your aura healing from the places where you couldn't forgive. Forgive yourself for times that you couldn't get neutral, you just had to be triggered.
This might represent very old karmic ties. If it's super challenging to get to forgiveness, there could be multiple lifetimes of stuff that you've chosen to go through with that individual. Or there could be a lesson inside of that trigger.
What you can do is say, "Thank you for the teachings. I love the teachings, and I'd like to release the trigger." So I'd like not to get emotionally charged, but I would like to still really get clear what the learnings are.
Forgiveness can happen sometimes when you let go of needing to even understand why. It's like you say, "Yes, I understand I'm learning from this. Thank you for the learnings. And I'm ready to release my trigger."
Now forgive yourself for those moments of being triggered, which some of them are etched. My kids and I have learned to say, "I'm being triggered. Let's be quiet for a minute and let go of the trigger and then talk in a few minutes," instead of sort of screaming at each other, you know.
Nice. I'm being shown to ask for one more thing in this sort of meditation. Put something that you've been desiring in front of your body, about a foot away. So it's not in your body. This could be your coaching business or your books that you've written, or maybe it's plans to go on a vacation, or something you've been desiring to have but don't have yet.
It's something like an unfulfilled desire. If you're comfortable with it, put it about 18 inches in front of you and kind of see it in a ball. See that thing that you've been asking for in a ball. Just send energy to that ball.
For me, it's going to be Happy Publishing LLC —my book publishing company would like to grow. So I'm going to put that in a ball about a foot in front of me and just send energy to it.
For you, what is it? Maybe it's a new place to live, or maybe it's career insight, or maybe you'd like to start your own meditation podcast. Put whatever that desire is in front of you and just kind of allow it to be. Then see if it has any messages for you.

Today feels absolutely fabulous, and the vibrant energy is palpable. I'm truly excited this morning to connect with you and share some of my recent insights and personal clearings.
Today is about shining brightly. It is about becoming a more complete version of yourself. This means embracing your bigness, your authentic self, rather than shrinking away. It's about cultivating fullness in your being, experiencing deeper happiness, greater joy, and a more playful spirit. This journey involves looking inward, connecting with your soul, your essential core, and simply leaning into that inherent part of you.
To begin, let's gently ground our energy. Imagine drawing energy up from the Earth's core, through the soles of your feet – feel that connection. Now, visualize a soothing blue energy rising through your knees and the base of your spine, where your sit bones rest. As this energy moves up to your second chakra, it will naturally shift to a warm orange hue. Allow this orange energy to flow freely through that area of your body. Next, guide the energy upwards to your third chakra, often associated with the color yellow, and let that yellow energy circulate. Now, bring your focus to your heart chakra. Recognize the inherent kindness and inviting nature of your heart, a true sanctuary of love. This loving space is also represented by the color green and embodies the compassion of Quan Yin or the Buddha. Moving upwards, let's direct our attention to the throat area and gently roll a calming blue energy through it. Notice any sensations or releases that may occur.
Continuing our journey, let's now focus on the third eye, the center of our perception and intuitive knowing. This is where we understand things beyond logical reasoning, a realm often associated with claircognizance or an innate sense of knowing. It's the place where insightful connections can happen, like knowing to reach out to someone with a manuscript just when they need a publisher, or connecting with someone considering an online identity overhaul at the precise moment they've been thinking about it. This third eye knowing is truly fascinating. Finally, let's move above to the violet energy of the seventh chakra and then extend outwards to encompass your eighth through fifteenth chakras. These radiate approximately 12 to 18 inches around you, forming your personal energy field. Today, this field is calling for some clearing. Let's simply intend that whatever clearings are necessary for your health and well-being will come forward and be made clear. It's also incredibly helpful to clear your mental space of other people's energy. This is a practice I learned decades ago from the Berkeley Psychic Institute. Often, those we are close to can inadvertently occupy space within our minds. However, your mind functions best when it's clear and open. So, let's take a moment now to release anyone who might be lingering in your head – this could be a parent, child, spouse, or anyone else. They don't need to be residing in your head. Honestly, this is for your benefit. So, gently clear your mind, releasing any entities, people, beings, friends, or even those who have passed on. Feel the spaciousness – doesn't that feel good? I love it.
Now, let's take a moment to reach upwards, into the heavens, and consciously invite your own light to shine brilliantly. Invite your inner essence to radiate its full potential. People may not consciously understand why they are drawn to you, but they will be, simply because of your radiant energy. Give yourself permission today to shine just a little brighter than usual, to embody that inner star. Invite yourself to, as I jotted down, "be the tall puppy." There's a common saying advising against standing out, but we're intentionally flipping that around. We encourage you to stand out, to shine as brightly as you possibly can. As you embrace your own brilliance and shift your energetic vibration, you automatically grant others permission to do the very same. How wonderful is that? Yes, truly beautiful. Now, gently bring your awareness back to center. And just a suggestion – if you have the time, it would be beneficial to spend a little time journaling about your experiences. Energy Clearing for Life: Navigating Energy VampiresHello and welcome!
This is Erica Glessing, and I'm really excited that you're here with me today. I am on fire with my life and my projects and with this body of work that I call Energy Clearing for Life.

Understanding Energy VampiresAn energy vampire is someone that, when you're done meeting with them, you feel less than. You run into them, and then you feel worse, or you feel depleted, or you feel like you need a shower.
An energy vampire is someone who has narcissistic tendencies, meaning it's always about them. For those experiencing recurring scenarios where you've had boss after boss who's a narcissist, or a spouse who's a narcissist, or children or grandparents who are goblins and vampiric of your energy, we often look back and see that one or both of your parents had these tendencies.
Your Sovereign SpaceIn your sovereign space, this is a space that's right around your body, you could have a life where no one could really take from you without your permission. Energy is a give-and-take type of situation where someone fulfills you and you fulfill them. That is possible. I'm sharing with you—it's possible.
It can be quite painful when we end a scenario where someone's overpowering us. It might mean technically you could get fired from a job if you're working with someone who's really hurting your psyche every day, and then it ends. It can end with them ending it or you ending it, but it's going to come to an end when you heal because you will no longer be in that cycle of vampires eating you all the time.
A Personal InsightI just have one funny story to share about this because my dad was such an interesting character. He was really creative, very odd and funny. He could write like a badass.
I remember he was telling me about a vampire and saying, "A vampire will suck your blood. Even if they promise not to, they will suck your blood because that's who they are." I don't remember why he was telling me that. He was always sharing weird insights with me. So I go back to that, and it's really true.
Finding SolutionsSo what's the solution? How do we resolve this "being around energy vampires" scenario? The tripe thing is, "Improve your self-worth." It sounds so easy, right? That could take like, I don't know, a century or three lifetimes or something.
Let's work on a healing of this place where energy vampires take your chi from you. The first thing to acknowledge is taking back your chi—your energy, your aura, your spark, your divine spark. Only you have this. Only you have this you. You are one of a kind. I'm just going to share that with you.
Guided Meditation ExerciseJust sit straight up with your feet firmly on the ground and have your knees about a foot apart. Relax. Let go. And just give yourself the next six or seven minutes just for you. You can close your eyes.
And now really connect up to celestial. Go ahead and connect all the way up to the distant stars and distant galaxies. See if you can pull energy from other galaxies and other stars to your being. Sense it all around your being.
If you're okay with it, invite angels to help. Go ahead and invite angels all around you.
If there's one particular entity that has been vampiring you or always leaving you feeling less than, imagine you're on a stage and you are also the director of this stage. So you're kind of in the back seat being the director in the audience, but you're also on the stage simultaneously. And you're the star of the show. You're the central character.
I invite this individual—just choose one for the purpose of today's meditation. Let's invite one individual up onto the stage with you. And say, "I honor the place within you where the universe lies. I honor the place within you where the universe lies."
And now I'd like you to picture a huge meat cleaving knife. It's like when you chop sandwiches with a big knife. I want you to see yourself chop the cords between you and this person. Just chop the cords and then let them go off to their own, and then banish them from your stage. They're gone.
Feel the energy around you become different and cleaner. Release. Let go.
Connecting with Your Higher SelfAnd now I'd like to invite your higher self. Go ahead and bring your higher self into the picture. This is going to sound strange—I'd like to have you ask yourself: What are some learnings I can have from allowing myself to be vampired? What are some things that I can learn? What are some teachings I can take from being a doormat?
I'm not saying you're a doormat. But if you've struggled with people sucking on your energy and pulling on your energy and leaving you less than, if this is something you've struggled with, then ask your higher self for a key learning from it:
- I'm learning how to strengthen my defenses.
- I'm learning how to own my voice.
- I'm learning how to stand in my power.
What are some things that we can learn from being stomped on? As someone who has been stomped on in her life, I understand.

That's easy to say when you have abundance, I thought. But for those struggling for basic needs, happiness can indeed seem synonymous with financial security. Now, after many years, I've come to understand.
Imagine waking up with a profound sense of joy, of purpose. That feeling might be closer than you think, perhaps just a shift in perspective away.
I believe happiness is a practice, a discipline. Especially in these times of change and uncertainty, cultivating happiness is more vital than ever. As you embody happiness, as you stand for it, as you open to your gifts within it, you amplify its value exponentially.
This is why you're drawn here today. Your presence, your joy, your inner strength, serves as a beacon for those who are struggling.
If you're experiencing loss, remember to express gratitude for what they brought into your life, and then release them to their next journey. In holding on, we may impede their growth. Say, 'I wish you well, may light be with you,' and then return to your own inner happiness.
Know that you are not alone. Angels, guides, and loved ones wish to contribute to the planet's happiness. Celestial energies yearn to infuse this Earth with joy. I'm guided to help navigate the polarities we face. I recall the 2016 election and the divisive posts. I chose not to engage in polarization. Even with differing views, we can honor the divine spark within each person.
Let's recognize our shared humanity, our common experiences of growth, learning, and resilience.
On this Spring Equinox, envision yourself as a farmer, planting seeds for the future. Offer gifts of hope, create beauty, love deeply. Plant a seed that you can nurture through the end of 2025.

Oh my goodness, I'm bursting with joy this week! It's a beautiful surge of energy, a welcome contrast to the pain I've known. Through deep activation work and clearing out the "garbage," I'm experiencing profound expansion and growth.
Yet, this joy isn't simple. I grapple with guilt amidst global turmoil – political strife, narcissistic personalities, and family challenges. I am aware we all encounter that "Eeyore" energy, those who seem perpetually downcast.
I guess what I was shown to share with you is that your journey is not like everyone else’s—you have your own journey. You have your own star connections, your own soul connections, your own codes. You are the only one with the codes that you have. You are the only one with the heart that you have. You are the only person who has gone through what you’ve gone through and healed from what you’ve healed from. You are the only one of you.
And so, there’s no one outside of you who can dictate or judge you into being small, push you into being big, make your book get written, or make your podcast get created. Whenever you move into that mindset of I should be here by now or this should have been done already, anytime I hear that should energy, I know it doesn’t serve. Wow, there’s a lot of energy around should. Let’s just release some of that energy because, truly, creations come in stages.
First, an idea might just be a little seed—a small spark that floats in when you’re driving, riding a bike, at the gym, swimming, or even making love. Some ideas come like fire, like water—they’re so big they won’t be denied. They keep pinging you because they’re given to you for a reason. And then you have choices to make with your actions, right?
You never have to say yes. In fact, you could write a book and leave it on your hard drive, and that would be okay. You wouldn’t be judged. You wouldn’t have to worry if it never sold, or even if it became a bestseller and required you to do all these TV appearances. You could simply enjoy it sitting on your hard drive. But some books want to be in people’s hands and hearts. And if you’re the author, it’s your job to honor them and figure out how to get them out into the world.
The same thing applies to a podcast. It’s funny—I was looking through my old MP3 files and found past podcasts that waved little flags and then disappeared into the ether. One of them, The Blessing Medium, I really loved. But I couldn’t fully stand in my mediumship. I am a medium, but I couldn’t fully embody it. It wasn’t a complete yes for me, even though I gave it a beautiful logo—a picture of a lion. And yet, even now, years later, that idea is still kind of pinging me.
So, when creations come to you, sit with them. Start working on them. Ask how they want to be seen. Even if you’re only sharing with a small Facebook group of 12 people, those 12 people have their own circles—friends, family, colleagues. Everyone has at least eight to ten degrees of connection outward.
For example, let’s say I have 50,000 or 60,000 people who listen to me. If each of those people told just three others, that’s 150,000 people impacted by what I’ve shared. Isn’t that phenomenal? It’s amazing. So whatever you’re doing, keep doing it. Know that your changes will ripple out and be felt by others.
Okay, I got a little preachy there—sorry! Well… sorry, not sorry.
Let’s do a meditation on embracing our soul’s purpose. This might not sound very formal, but let’s affirm:
"I am here to serve my soul’s purpose. I am willing to lower my resistance to being seen so that my gifts may be expressed fully."
I’m so glad I recorded that because I’ll need to write it down.
I hope you’re enjoying this newly activated energy—it’s so fun, isn’t it? I’m really enjoying how lit up I feel. Oh, and I just weighed myself, which I never do, and I’ve lost 23 pounds in the last week and a half since starting this activation.
Basically, I just started eating a lot of greens—broccoli, spinach, celery—and my body seems to love it. And for anyone who doesn’t talk to their body, this might sound strange, but I ask my body what it wants to eat and drink. Then I just listen instead of resisting. It’s an interesting concept.
Now, let’s go ahead and do a meditation. I’ll let whatever needs to show up, show up.
Give yourself the next seven or eight minutes to just be in your own space. Close your eyes if you can and tune into your own energy. Sit with your back straight, shoulders relaxed and slightly pulled back. Align your neck directly over your head. Keep your spine straight, your knees about a foot apart. If possible, have your bare feet flat on the ground or on something soft.
First, bring blue energy up from the earth into the soles of your feet. Let it rise through your knees. Good. Now, bring it up through your sits bones. Right at the base of your spine is your first chakra—let’s roll some soothing red energy through it. Not fiery, but gentle, healing energy to reinforce your sense of safety and security. Release anything blocking that feeling.
Move up into your second chakra, the sacral chakra—your center of creativity, money, and sensuality. I’m seeing a soft orange energy here, moving in a clockwise pattern. Many of us carry past-life or present-life traumas in this area, so let’s send in healing light. Let it clear, soften, and restore.
Now, let’s move into the third chakra—our solar plexus, our center of self-care. This space is yellow, and right now, I’m feeling some turbulence there. Take a moment to clear your yellow space. If it has a message for you, listen and make a mental note.
Moving up into the heart space, the fourth chakra. This energy is green, connected to compassion. In Buddhist tradition, Quan Yin represents this chakra. If you’re like most people, you’ve had some level of heartache—maybe from parents who unconsciously didn’t give enough attention, or from being compared to a sibling, or from being told you were too much or not enough. Let’s send healing energy into the heart.
The heart sends life-giving blood throughout your body. Take a moment to thank your heart for all it does. Let’s also release any hardening of the arteries—whether from past experiences, genetic patterns, or inherited fears. Send love to your heart. Connect it to the divine.
If it feels right, ask for deep healing here. Let go of anything that doesn’t feel good. Give yourself full permission to feel heart-happy again, no matter what you’ve been through.
Now, let’s move into the throat chakra. This is both my favorite and my challenge. It’s the space of self-expression—the blue energy of truth. Many intuitive people have had their voices silenced, sometimes even in past lives. Maybe for knowing too much, for seeing too clearly, for being ahead of their time. Let’s clear any fear, any resistance, any past-life residue that’s keeping you from fully expressing yourself.
Let’s affirm that your voice is a gift. Whether through writing, speaking, singing, or simple conversations, you have a right to be heard.
I’m also seeing musical energy here—some of you may be called to create music. Go for it! Express yourself.

Hello, hello, hello! I'm so joyful to be here with you today.
I am thrilled to be connecting with Source and bringing you messages that can lighten your life, help your relationships, clear out negative patterns, and help you tune into the true essence of who you are. You are the individuation of divine spark, and that is something to celebrate.
On this edition of Energy Clearing for Life, we are going to be clearing some implants that may have gotten stuck in your body or spirit. We will be tuning into your own chi, and then we’re going to connect to the Celestial—because why not? Let’s see if there's a message I’d like to bring forth.
This may sound simple, but: It’s all going to be all right. It’s all going to be okay. Wherever you are right now, it is divine and blessed. Whatever you’re going through at this moment is simply part of your journey—it’s not the final destination.
I work with many authors in my publishing business, and there is always this energy of, I’m finally going to publish, It’s about time my book came out, or Why has this taken so long? We must send love to those parts of us that judge our own progress. I’ve published 200, 300 authors—27 authors—something like that. And ultimately, when their books are released, it is always divine timing. It is always the right time, and the book is always received by those calling it forth. So, take a moment to pat yourself on the back for where you are right now. Consider this a reminder that it’s all right—it’s going to be okay.
Now, let’s start today’s meditation. As always, we begin by grounding. Let’s pull up blue energy from the center of the Earth, through the soles of our feet. Bring that blue energy up through your knees, continuing upwards to the base of your spine and sits bones. Let’s circle some red energy in this area—this is where we hold our sense of security. As you do this, affirm: I am safe. I am comfortable. I am present in my body.
Now, bring that blue Earth energy into your second chakra, which operates at an orange frequency. This chakra governs money, creativity, and sexual energy—not just physical intimacy, but the essence of passion itself. Many people carry past-life traumas in this area, whether from experiences of being used, abused, or disempowered. Let’s clear that energy now. Honor this sacred place within you, where the wisdom of the world resides in your creativity, abundance, and vitality. Let’s cleanse and refresh the orange energy of the second chakra.
Moving up to the third chakra, at the solar plexus—this area resonates with yellow energy. I call this the warrior or I am energy. Many people who love helping others struggle to keep this space strong. But when it’s clear, it fosters self-care, self-love, and personal empowerment. A balanced solar plexus helps us make choices that nourish us. So, let’s flood this area with golden light, clearing out any blocks to confidence and personal power.
Now, let’s move into the upper chakras, starting with the heart. This chakra resonates with green energy. Many of us have experienced betrayal—whether by a parent, a loved one, a friend, or a coworker. Betrayal leaves imprints on the heart space, breaking up our heart aura. Today, let’s reclaim the preciousness of our hearts. Breathe deeply, and invite compassion to flow into this space. Feel your connection to all that is. Your heart is precious—it pumps life through your body, it connects you to love, it is central to your well-being. Let’s clear away contraction and awaken the expansiveness of divine love.
Now, moving to the throat chakra—this is where we express divine truth. This area resonates with blue energy. Many of us have been silenced in past lifetimes or even in this one. Any time or place where your truth was shut down, let’s bring in healing energy. If you’ve ever felt afraid to speak, or if your voice was dismissed, let’s clear that now. Allow magic to happen as you open this chakra. As we heal the throat chakra, we honor that our truth is valid, regardless of judgment from others.
Now, reaching up into the third eye—this is the space between your eyebrows, resonating with violet energy. Let’s open this center of intuition, insight, and understanding. Breathe into it, allowing your inner knowing to expand. Let’s enhance our ability to see clearly—not just in the physical world, but in the energetic and spiritual realms.
Finally, we move to the crown chakra, located above the head. This space resonates with white light. Imagine a stream of divine light flowing down from Source, entering through your crown, filling your entire being with clarity, peace, and connection. Allow this divine energy to integrate, grounding you in your highest truth.
Take a deep breath. You are aligned. You are safe. You are whole.

Hello and welcome to the show! What we're going to do is a meditation. I'm getting a lot of energy around the throat chakra. This is a blue color, and it relates to self-expression—being able to speak, say your mind, and express your truth.
A lot of people who have healing gifts were told to be quiet when they were young or had a mom who said, "Children should be seen and not heard." In a fascinating way, I have friends who are Indian, Chinese, American, Irish, and from many parts of the world, including Mexico. So much of the planet has a patriarchal approach where women traditionally weren’t encouraged to be heard.
The problem with that is if we don’t say our truth and express ourselves, it’s hard to evolve as human beings on the planet. So we’re going to do a quick guided meditation. We’ll go through the normal process and then do some extra blue chakra work—beautiful energy around self-expression. I’m so happy to bring this to you today!

Let’s begin by pulling blue energy up through the balls of our feet. Imagine going down to the center of the earth and pulling blue energy up through your feet. Nice. Now, bring that blue energy up through your knees.
Sit with your spine straight if you can. It’s a good idea to close your eyes if you're able. That was releasing some energy right there. See that blue energy coming up through the balls of your feet and through your knees.
Now, focus on your sit bones, the base of your butt, and your sacral area. Run some red energy in little circles through that space. Ask yourself, “Can I clear anything blocking my base chakra?” Just set the intention: Let’s clear anything out that isn’t serving me right now. Very nice.
Now, move to the second chakra, just below the belly button. This operates at an orange frequency. Let’s roll some orange energy through that part of the body. Many people carry trauma from past lifetimes, current lifetimes, or abusive relationships. That area can hold a lot, so go ahead and clear it with a beautiful wave of orange energy.
Next, let’s move to the solar plexus, which operates at a yellow color. Imagine rolling yellow energy through it. I once had a galactic astrologer tell me I have a lot of yellow in my field, which I thought was pretty cool! Yellow and turquoise are my two colors. So let’s roll yellow right through your solar plexus.
Now, place your hand on your heart. Thank yourself for all that you do, all that you are, and for being here on the planet at this time. Just honor the fact that you chose to be here during a time of massive change. So much is shifting so quickly—AI is doing a lot of things (though it's definitely not recording my podcast for me yet!).
Now, let's move up to the third eye. Focus on that spot between your eyebrows and run some violet energy through it. Then, right above the top of your head, picture white energy flowing through your crown chakra.
Let’s go back to the throat chakra now. Take a deep breath. Thank you, throat chakra. Thank yourself for speaking your truth. Thank yourself for journaling—if you do. Maybe you record things, even if they never see the light of day. Thank your throat chakra for allowing you to express your higher truth. Roll some blue energy through it and feel it expand.
Now, imagine yourself feeling completely free in your self-expression. See what it feels like to be fully in your body—whether you’re at an event, on the phone, or with family. What does it feel like to be completely comfortable saying what you want, without fear, shame, or the pressure to be perfect? Let’s release that. Give yourself permission to say silly things. Give yourself permission to be the "tall poppy"—to shine, stand out, and be seen.
Now, reach up to the heavens. One of my favorite meditations is inspired by another woman named Erica. She says, Reach up to a star in heaven—it’s your own star. Say hello to it, and bring that energy down into your body.
See your throat chakra being completely unplugged and free. If you’ve had an idea for a book, podcast, video, or YouTube channel, imagine it unfolding. Picture yourself speaking, sharing, allowing, and being fully YOU.
If you’ve ever felt different from your family, you’re not alone. I was so different from mine—my brother once told me, after living with me for a summer, that he understood me even less! If your blood family never truly "got" you, release the shame and self-doubt that comes from seeking their approval. Some people may never validate you in the way you hope—but that’s okay. You are enough.
Now, bathe yourself in golden light from head to toe.
Let’s go beyond the seven chakras to the 7 to 15 etheric chakras outside your body. Reach up to the heavens and ask for white light to flow through you. Let it clear away anything that’s not in your highest good.

The key is consistency—keep creating and sharing what you see in a unique way. 💫 Even if you feel unsure, just do it! I know, because I’ve been there too. It’s not always easy, but that’s what makes your creations special. 💪
Let's do a quick meditation on creation together! 🌈
- Ground yourself—Take a deep breath and imagine blue energy rising from the earth through your feet. Let go of the past and future. Just be in the moment. 🌱
- Clear your base chakra—This is your security center (red energy). Clear any fears or insecurities. 💥
- Second chakra (orange)—This is your creativity and energy center. Let the flow of creativity move freely through you. 🎨
- Third chakra (gold)—Your solar plexus, where you honor yourself. Let’s clear any self-doubt. 🌟
- Heart chakra (green)—Release any past betrayals or hurt. Open up to compassion and forgiveness. 💚
- Throat chakra (blue)—Clear any blocks in expressing your truth. Speak your mind and share your voice! 🎤
- Third eye chakra (violet)—Open your intuition. Trust what you’re being shown, and hold space for new desires. 👁️

I'm thrilled to be here, still on this planet, and today, I find myself compelled to talk about the concept of upleveling. Upleveling fascinates me because it involves taking incremental steps, one petite step after another. Suddenly, we find ourselves at a higher level, and people exclaim, "Oh my gosh, you got there so quickly!" Yet, the journey might not have been swift; it could have spanned decades.
Recently, I've been blessed to assist a long-time friend with a beautiful children's book project. Our friendship dates back to the 1990s in Santa Barbara, and it's truly exciting to collaborate on this endeavor.
Creation, however, takes the time it requires. It demands patience and a focus on the goal. While cash is beneficial, it alone doesn't elevate us to a higher frequency, attract what we desire, or infuse more grace, style, and enthusiasm into our lives.
As we navigate 2024, a year of expansion and growth, I encourage you to reflect on your aspirations. Personally, I faced health challenges in 2023, leading to a transformative downsizing.
Let's meditate for about seven minutes, contemplating the essence of upleveling—allowing and having without excessive doing. Visualize blue energy rising to the balls of your feet, celestial gold light descending from the heavens, and white or gold light enveloping you like a regal cape. Imagine yourself on a throne, ruling your kingdom, and cleanse your chakras.
Clear the first chakra, the seat of fear and doubt, represented by red. Move to the second chakra, the source of creativity and money energy, depicted in orange. Open it up to heavenly creativity and ground it with blue energy.
Address the gold-colored third chakra, emphasizing self-care. Clear blockages and let the gold energy flow, facilitating self-nurturing. Proceed to the heart chakra, allowing love to overflow. Flow blue energy through the throat chakra for self-expression, especially considering the rise of audiobooks.
Activate the third eye chakra for inventive ideas, and finally, connect with heaven through the crown chakra, allowing divine light to heal and illuminate your life.
Take a few minutes each week to envision positive occurrences in 2024, such as travel, beach moments, or other fulfilling experiences. Embrace the spirit of upleveling with grace and enthusiasm.

"I've done a lot of money mindset work in the last year, so it used to be that that was the thing that kept me up at night, and then I set about a very intense course in ingesting audible books and reading books to really turn that thing around, and so what used to keep me up at night in the last couple of years no longer keeps me up at night.
Now I'm upleveling my business. I want to go to seven figures, and so I'm actively thinking about the systems, the processes and, most importantly, who do I need to become in order to be able to create that result? That last part is such a key piece that most people miss. Who do you need to become in order for that next level of you to be able to transpire? And for me personally, it means that I'm spending a lot more time alone.
