I was able to speak sign language, but lately, I haven't practiced anything and I have lost the ability. I would be able to speak sign language , if I will practiced again, for my is so importan because Sign language helps in communication between deaf people and students of this language, it requires discipline and practice, the importance of this language is recognized in different professional fields and helps to avoid discrimination in non-auditory community.
Sign language is dynamic communication that requires a lot discipline, It is necessary in professional areas, for example with this language, the doctors are be able to understand the pain or symptoms of deaf people, other examples are in the communication of sellers of products, and teachers when they teach the classes.
In the present, deaf people experience a social discrimination , this discrimination has been excluding to deaf people in the education, for example is necessary an interpreter and the most school don´t have, for this reason the deaf people leave school.
Sign language can be difficult to learn, but it is achieved through constant and daily review, in addition, it is study is really important since it enriches the human being with emotions, expression, reasoning and help to interact with deaf people in professional fields, suppressing discrimination barriers, regarding education, interpreters should be implemented in regular schools as well as the creation of universities so that the non-auditory community can study and for included in society. I have started studying initial education at the metropolitan university and I can study sign language to provide a better education.
