This is intended to be from Takua's POV as he and Jaller are led through Ko-Wahi. This song is basically Takua's observations about Kopaka and what is actually going on inside him. In my version of this story, the Toa have grown distant and splintered after defeating the Bohrok, and so another aspect of Takua and Jaller's quest is to bring them all back together again.
I'm thinking that Tahu and Kopaka's feud became so intense that Kopaka left the team, which in turn is also sending Tahu down a spiral. It'll be interesting to explore this further when Gali comes to Kopaka for help healing Tahu later down the road.
