They could be from middle management, leadership - anyone. Kind of the agony aunt, but for business.Having an informal discussion - using operational excellence and lean thinking to explore how businesses can become more profitable, more efficient, better businesses achieving goals faster. The conversation is based on a real problem and involves the person who presented it. If not, I will bring in 1-2 other specialists to put their spin on the issue.
Todays episode I talk to Karen Ferris, an internationally acclaimed leader in organisational change and service management rebel with a cause!

Today's session is a great conversation around what business owners can do to prepare, train and support first time leaders. We explore issues such as communication, organisational culture through trust and even discuss the challenges of learning disabilities that are faced by many staff.
