Day 3 Suffering on Your Own Terms
Affirmation: I Choose to live in the face of Suffering
Beware of the 'Easy button' - Glennon Doyle. It is easier to hit the easy button and stay where you are, than change. That’s why most people stay stuck and suffer. But whatever you have been through, you are still here. You always have a choice. To learn the lessons of pain, to change. Fear and pain can be dark, but with a little work, you can find the light again. It was always there.
Please find the journaling entry questions below, and at the end of the meditation, take the time to answer these questions.
Say it with me one more time. 'I CHOOSE TO LIVE IN THE FACE OF SUFFERING.'

Join me on this 21 day Meditation experience Beneath the surface. We will connect as we work our way from the conundrums of feeling dead, to rising up and surrendering to who we really are.
Day 1 Why am I Dead? One of my many mentors Mastin Kipp uses the term DEAD to describe the parts of our lives that we are in lack. Some of these parts are so forgotten, they might as well be dead. But, the truth is you are still here.
Affirmation: I AM ALIVE
Please find the journaling entry questions below, and at the end of the meditation, take the time to answer these questions.
1) What parts of my life do I feel most detached from? Rate 1-10 (10 being most detached)
2) What parts am I the most connected to? Rate 1-10 (10 being most connected)
3) What are the ways that the ones I am highest connected to, can help the ones I am most detached from?
4) Write one positive word that describes you. Don't think about it, just write it down, its just you reading.
Say it with me one more time. 'I AM ALIVE.'

Day 2 Pain is Necessary -
Affirmation: I Allow Pain to Teach Me
PAIN with agony wounds scars. Shame. Pain leads to change. We cannot help growing pains. So if we ignore the pain, we will live in suffering and never change.
Please find the journaling entry questions below, and at the end of the meditation, take the time to answer these questions.
Did you grow? or are you still feeling the suffering? What categories have you found yourself learning the most in through pain?

Give yourself grace as you see how there were lessons you didn't know about. What lessons are you grateful for today?
Say it with me one more time. 'I ALLOW PAIN, TO TEACH ME.'
