History has taught us so many things about what makes marriage work. Success leaves clues and some of those characteristics apply to this day.
However, as society & culture changes, the dynamics of what makes a marriage works have changed.
Modern marriages are way different than marriages in the past.

Giving to others is one of the best things you can do as a human being. We are all wired to give of ourselves to others in the ways that bring us the most joy and fulfillment. We can give of our time, knowledge, skills care, love, and kindness. Whatever way you choose to give, the point of it is to give unconditionally.
What you tell yourself, about yourself, is what you become. I want to help you change the story you constantly live inside your head so that you can live the life you want NOW!
Everyone wants to achieve success in our life. But success is relative and means different things to everyone. I wanted to outline 6 steps that are part of a cycle that can help you change your life to achieve that "success" you are looking for.
I go way back to when I was a little boy, seeing my father for the last time, and how that affected me as I grew up.
One of the avenues I was led into was my spiritual journey and my personal relationship with God. This was an experience like no other, getting to know myself, and God at a whole other level despite the fact that we haven't been to church in over a year.
I dive deeper into my healing journey, what I learned, who and where I learned it from, and how it helped me heal.
We leave for 2 months and y'all done messed up the world! Nonetheless, we are back.... again! Our life has also been through some stuff since our last episode. Thankfully, we count our blessings more than our burdens. We bought a new car! We had a baby shower during a pandemic! We had a baby moon! (google it) We are still COVID free! Life is great and we hope yours is too! p.s. Baby girl's due date is coming up soon!
On demand streaming has been essential during this lockdown. We've been watching a few movies and series to remain relatable to the world and prevent our minds from going insane. Social feeds are full of bad news, conspiracy theories, and unsolvable math problems. It's good to sit down once in a while and watch a movie or binge a good series. One question remains unanswered. Did Carole Baskin kill her husband?
At a time where you work from home. Restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and parks are closed. It is inevitable that you have to interact more often with your spouse. This is the perfect time to get to know each other and fortify your relationship. Don't be another divorce statistic and survive the quarantine with your spouse!
Everything is closed! Toilet paper is gone! You're locked up at home! What to do during these challenging times!? 😱Well, we decided to have our kids as our guests for this episode! These are the times to learn more about yourself and your kids! Stay positive no matter what you may be going through! Believe that you will get through this! Have faith that this event will make you stronger!

In this episode, Alex and Moises talk about following your passion, dreams, and goals. We all have something inside of us that drives us to be better and not compromise. Well in this episode we do! 😃We go through the aches of Brenda's pregnancy, her journey with gallstones, and her surgery to get rid of them along with her gallbladder. It's the holiday season, the days are shorter, and the nights are colder. All this leads many to one destination... the Hallmark channel. While I'm a huge fan of this channel and their original Christmas movies, Hubby is not so fond of them. We both give our point of view of these types of movies, at least from the ones we have watched so far. Things might get a little bit heated!

Halloween season is here and we visited one of, if not, the most haunted place IN THE WORLD, Zak Bagans' The Haunted Museum!😱👻While on our Vegas honeymoon, we stopped by to get a tour of the museum and we talk about our supernatural experience in this episode. The scoville of these hot sauces range from 2,500 all the way to 16 MILLION!🔥🥵🌶 As the scolville rises in heat, so do the questions. I have to say a lot of fun and pain was had while the recording of this episode. Hope you laugh at our pain.!
The family records together! We had our wonderful kids join us as our guests to have a conversation or at least attempt to have a conversation with a toddler and a pre-teenager. LOL 😂It was a joyful challenge to have our kids be still for this amount of time and talk. You'll get to hear a glimpse of how we are as parents with them and you'll see how our kids are with us. Feliz Dia de las Madres and Happy Mothers Day! With the holiday coming up, we wanted to honor our mothers and everything they have done for us. We had a very special guest join us this episode and we had a very fun time recording it as you will notice by all the laughing going on lol. You will get to hear from Moises's mom how she took on the role of mother at a young age and how she managed to raise 4 children on her own despite setbacks and life happening to her. The rulers of the internet or man's best friend. Who makes a better pet? Everyone has their own preferences and reasons as to why one makes a better pet than the other. In this episode we talk about our experiences living with cats and why we prefer cats and not dogs. We love all pets of all kinds, we just prefer some over others. On our second Fire Talk, we dive into a topic that is highly sensitive to express your opinion about. Abortion is something that has overtaken our society, politics, values, and morals as human beings. We go into what we have read, seen, and listened to about this topic. Also, some personal testimonies as to why we chose to side with one side over the other. So far this is the strongest and most emotional episode we have recorded. Keep in mind this is very much our personal story and opinion of abortion.
School! Love it or hate it, it's part of our lives for now. We discuss our opinions on the current school system and education in general. Also, we talk about our personal experience applying to college, going to college, and dropping out of college.
