welcome to the Coach's Corner podcast. I am thrilled to have you on. And for everyone tuning in I'm sitting down with Tommy I chair now the Italian pronunciation and Tommy is currently the head coach and founder of Tommy coaching where he takes mentor based managers and help them self discover and really learn how to turn into coach based leaders. On top of that he's also an elite instructor in training and coaching where he was actually one of the teachers for myself and helps me really get my foot in the door within coaching.
It's such a double edged sword. And the reason I say that is because I've met people who are like frustrated that haven't found that purpose and that alignment and that calling you know I was 36 when I started coach training I'm 38 right now. But I have the gray hair like a 60 year old that you can't see it now.

Welcome to Episode One of the Coach's Corner podcast. So if you're listening to this and you're a true episode one or. Most likely you are a friend. Family contact or someone who has been in my life at one point or another.
I know I'm here because I'm able to connect with others. On a level that I know a lot of people struggle to and I'll say that. In any way with ego behind it. I know that's one of my desire have as a person. So if I'm going to be honest this was like the 15th recording of episode one took me many tries but. My goal at the coach's corner is to serve myself and really learn but to serve you. I'm hoping that if you are coming along with me for this journey you are coming along to really learn how you can increase your own awareness around the topics on asking about specifically bring people on to discuss.
