Joining me this week is Jennie Schimanski, an Intuitive and Reiki Master. In this episode, we talk about re-connecting to your authentic self and remembering the gifts and the knowledge you already have within you. We cover Reiki, Past Lives and The All Game.
We talk about how important it is to find the root of our patterns and our beliefs. Jennie reminds us that the beliefs we have grown up with might be great, but they might not be ours.
Jennie teaches us about past lives, and how you can start to tap into this information yourself (through your dreams & movies you watch). Jennie shares that Past Life Information is a reason why we do some things, but it is not meant to be an excuse as to why we can continue. "Trusting that your soul has put you where you're supposed to be to figure it out...and work with what you've got, until you can create what you want."

Joining me this week is Kate Hazlitt, a Naturopathic Doctor who helps women who are disconnected to return to a state of bliss.
In this episode, we talk about connecting to our authentic self. Looking at our body, mind and spirit connection to see where we are out of alignment, and the clues our body is trying to give us using compassion inquiry. We talk about reacting to our lives versus responding to our lives - and recognizing that we have a choice in how we show up. We look at Witness Consciousness, as the ability to step back and see from a birds' eye view to gain perspective on what is really going on. We also look at attachment, and inner programming that is no longer serving us or perhaps not even ours. And we dive into how the ego and Imposter Syndrome shows up for us both, and what we do when that happens.
This offers so much insight into the inner workings of self. And as Kate says, "Give yourself permission to pause, and inquire with compassion...and to really examine...and be curious." To allow yourself to understand that you have access to bliss at anytime!

This 15 minute guided meditation will allow you to connect, opening up your channel as you open up your chakras. Allowing you to witness the feeling of your energy moving through you as you connect to Universal Source energy!
Recognizing that you have the power within you!
Your soul is your essence. The piece of you that knows everything will work out better than you could imagine! Your ego's job is to keep you save, to keep you in your comfort zone. Picture that cute little devil and angel on your shoulders trying to guide you through life!
In this episode, Ruth talks about normalizing hearing voices and questioning your beliefs, and stepping out of the box that your ego keeps you in as you learn to trust your soul!
"You get to have whatever your heart desires when you listen to your soul and are in soul alignment. But if you don't know what your soul even wants how are you ever going to get that? You have to do the work to learn to trust your soul, to give your sould the power to speak up louder, to start showing itself to you, louder so that you can hear it and listen. And so that you can trust it."

Inspired leaders are both motivated by, and inspire with, their WHY!
In this episode, Jannette shares 3 ways to gain clarity about your "why", and the importance of understanding your value. She reminds us that we are valuable simply for being here, meaning our value is completely separate from the value we provide in our business.

"No one's self love journey looks the same. There is absolutely no one that you can compare it to, piece by piece. You can take inspiration from other people's self-love journeys and you can use that as a guide. But ultimately, self-love comes from a place of trusting your own intuition and self [appreciation]."
When self-love feels foreign or inauthentic, we can find the blessing in self-appreciation as we start to embrace all that we are!

As humans we are constantly evolving and adapting to new ideas and perceptions of ourselves - through careers, hobbies, skills, and roles within the family and our relationships to other people.
