When we hear of stories of ordinary people overcoming incredible odds, we can become inspired. What is it that motivates you to do what you do? Is there such a thing as a a higher motivation than personal achievement? How can we elevate our line of sight beyond what we see around us? Is there a way to develop a higher view because life if full of resistance and difficulties. In order to overcome problems, difficulties, and challenges, we need to be motivated to change.
We may have the desire to change or break a habit, but there can be certain conditions that can inhibit a desire to pursue change. Whether you're struggling with addictions or even some unwanted patterns in your life, listen to how this one element can help to foster change in your life.

It is commonly spoken today that God wants you to live your best life now. God does have a plan, but living YOUR best life now is not necessarily the highest priority He has for you. God works in our life to bring us to maturity. God changed Moses through the course of his life. He was rescued by God and grew up in the palace of the Egyptians. God was making him into more of a man than he was in the beginning and preparing him to live out God's plan and not necessarily Moses' plan. There is relatively little challenge of inconsistency when one single writer authors a book. The Bible involves many different authors over a long period of time, and they tell the same cohesive story. This is not by accident, but by God's design. From the very beginning, there is some symbolic terminology of clothing to hide from God and throughout scripture, it unfolds in a brilliant way to the very last chapter of the Bible.
