Last Year was obviously for many of us very Bi polar,( for lack of a better term ) for me genuinely it was exactly that, some moments were high and some moments were quite low. 2020 was quite an uncertain year for me beginning with how the year was itself, people in general, work and school. But despite everything the year ended on a positive note. It's now 2021, what are you planning your year to be like? Do we have resolutions for those that want some ? Because how we begin the year sets the tone on how all year will be like.
I know this year has been a bit Rough, However we can atleast say there are a few things we are grateful for, 2020 has also taught us alot of Lessons and on this episode we speak on what I have learnt throughout this year and what I am grateful for this year...THANKS GIVING !

Mental health discussions are very sensitive but in return very important to have. I personally know the effect it can have on one's life because I have experienced it first hand and I wanted to speak on it because I know so many of us have experiences or are experiencing issues in regards to mental health and often we shy from speaking on it, however today I want us to know that it is okay and that if we need to we should ask for assistance.
