TODAY’S WORD
When people hear the story of David and Goliath, sometimes they think, “That was all God.” And yes, in a sense, I know it was God. But the truth is that God didn’t sling the stone. God didn’t cause it to hit at just the right spot. It was the skill God gave David that he had developed.
Back again as promised to discuss foods that may help up your happiness, give you a 'mood boost.

Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can't help but smile. It's the opposite of sadness. Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. When people are successful, or safe, or lucky, they feel happiness.
We all want to be happy. No matter what we're currently working on or striving toward, it is--by and large--our ultimate goal. While happiness looks different for every person, it's only through searching that we find what works best for us. To help you get started on your journey, here are some ways to become a happier person.

Sharing a short a positive story.
Are you a Potatoe, Egg or a Coffee Bean?
How often do you pause to appreciate what you have in life?
This episode touches just on that topic.
Below is a simple list of things that I’m grateful for in my life. Most of the items, if not all, will apply to you too. I’m sure as you read this list, you’ll think of many more things to be grateful for.
Here are just a few: Your parents – for giving birth to you. Because if there is no them, there will not be you.
Your family – for being your closest kin in the world.
Sense of hearing – for letting you hear trickle of rain, the voices of your loved ones, and the harmonious chords of music.
Sense of touch – for letting you feel the texture of your clothes, the breeze of the wind, the hands of your loved ones.
Your immune system – for fighting viruses that enter your body. For keeping you in the pink of your health so you can do the things you love.
