Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS corruption: JSU speaks with Tammy Collins, a grandmother fighting for the freedom of her special needs grandson being unlawfully detained by the state due to the mothers disability in violation of the American Disability Act. Collins grandson has had unauthorized medical testing and DNA experiments done on him without the permission of his birth family due to his rare disease. Collin's daughter, the mother, has been forced away from her home, son, and support of her family with a heart condition she has had since her youth. Sadly, US-DHHS often target families with such disabilities.

Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS corruption: JSU speaks with Jenny Fish for a #TBT episode. Fish discusses the family court case of her now nineteen-year-old daughter. JSU thought it was important to bring on an interview subject with a now grown child to assist in establishing that the courts have been broken for a LONG TIME. As JSU discusses these cases you can literally begin to see the pattern that begins to develop their method of operation (and dysfunction.) The custody case which led to Fish being estranged from her daughter that she was once very close with included many factors which should have led to her gaining full custody. Instead she ended up losing not just custody but forever fractured to mother and daughter relationship that was vital to her daughters well rounded upbringing. Children need equal time with both, their biological mother AND father. Period. As always, WE ENCOURAGE FEEDBACK.

Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS corruption: JSU speaks with Jasmine Spady this morning who requested to speak with #JSU in regards to the lies and falsification of evidence that has continued to keep her separated from her mother, younger twin siblings, and older sister Tatiana. Tatiana Carter reached out and #JSU documented her statement in an earlier interview. Regular listeners may recall that Tatiana attempted suicide after the social worker and her supervisor in her case attempted (and continue) to cover up the rape of Tatiana. Now with Jasmine, the social workers have taken her off of medication for seizures that she has been prescribed for three years. The seizures were caused by the abuse that Jasmine endured at the hands of her father. Now the social workers are attempting to commit child endangerment by giving custody to her father where she historically was abused by her father.

Nuckleburger’s daughter was constructively abducted by his aunt, an employee of the local Mayor’s office at the time of the abduction in May of 2013. JSU has partnered with a national publication who is a long time advocate of wrongful imprisonment, and child advocate who is equally as passionate about family reunification Justice Speaks Up. JSU will be able to increase it investigation efforts in order to offer more case management and offer assistance to parents facing wrongful criminal charges.

Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS corruption: JSU speaks with Pam who phoned JSU today, heartbroken with the news that visits with her children were terminated due to her recording a visit with her children, and telling her daughter that her aunt is attempting to get custody of her. No reasonable parent would not answer their child when they are concerned about where, and with whom, they will be residing after being separated from their family. I question the tactics of an entity that would sever the visitation rights of a family due to answering reasonable questions. This entity stated that videotaping was not allowed without permission. Suleman had permission previously but apparently on a whim today it was not okay. So a family suffers. Suleman is pending a hearing to sever her parental rights of her children and Tinnelas County, FL means to adopt the children out and reap the rewards of adoption incentives.

Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS corruption: #JSU speaks with Mitchell Smith, once more about how the self-made real estate investor was crushed by the family courts while attempting to hold on to his real estate assets while fighting a child support order that is three times his monthly income. Unethical Family Court judgments equivalent to bank fraud and racketeering by a family court bold enough to hire a real estate agent to force a sale of his property. Needless to say, the licensed realtor didn’t play ball and risked losing her license.
Smith has been alienated from all of his children while watching them deteriorate from stress and longing for their father. Although, for the last four years he has resided only five blocks down the road from his children, he has not seen them and they now respond to him as a stranger. Unnecessary alienation of family members, keep in mind he was once the full time caregiver.

Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS corruption: JSU speaks with Blue Earth County, MN mother, Rachel Benes and how a ridiculous argument over a laptop among two brothers fractured their family over the last seven months. Benes is the mother of four children. A 21-year-old daughter who CPS is forcing out of Bene’s home because “she is too old to live at home,” a 17-year-old with renal failure, and two other siblings who are currently in foster care. Her eight-year-old son, who is Autistic, and her thirteen-year-old daughter are currently in foster care. CPS continues to refuse to return her children unless she makes a choice between her children. CPS forces parents to choose between which child a parent will choose to keep in order to keep the rest is a common method of operation that is a focus of our reform movement.

Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS Corruption: JSU speaks with Vicky Nadeau who requested that I make a note that the biological father who CPS and the Family Courts granted custody of her daughter to is also a registered sex offender. The Family Courts proceeding over the case stated that regardless of being a registered sex offender, he is allowed to have custody of her because he is the biological father. Wow…just wow. Keep in mind there were no grounds for Nadau to not have her daughter returned to her custody within weeks of her being removed from her mother.

Her eldest son has returned home from foster care permanently blind in one eye. Casado believes it is due to him being forcibly medicated in order to keep him calm after being emotionally traumatized after being removed from his mother and siblings.
Casado is one of the few cases that she was also able to successfully expose the social workers unethical activities in her case. The social worker and her domestic violence offenders were having an affair (by admission of the offender in writing.)

Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS Corruption: JSU speaks with Tatiana Carter who is currently a 15-year-old rape victim and runaway from a New Jersey who fled a New Jersey State shelter due to the department of social services successfully covering up evidence of her rape, sequestering her from her social justice advocate, mother, and siblings. Until now… we are asking everybody that reads this to share this story with their local news station so Tatiana can get national coverage.
Tatiana has asked me to put her phone calls and video statement on the podcast because she is frightened and is desperately wanting to go home to her mother and know where her sister is. She is the eldest of her siblings and naturally is concerned where her younger sister is. In addition, she is concerned for her to youngest twin siblings that the state placed with a parent that allegedly sexually assaulted.

Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS Corruption: JSU Interviews an #Anonymous mother who regardless of meeting all of her service plan requirements, she is facing her children being adopted out to abusive family members.
After recovering from the shock and trauma of her husband pleading guilty to sexually assaulting her 14-year-old daughter, she faces treachery of her own biological mother and stepfather, attempting to use her fractured family as a means of profit.
It appears the grandparents are attempted to profit from their gramdchildren by not just adopting them, but getting licensed as foster parents. Essentially being paid by the state to provide for the grandkids. Greed, once again, keeps children from a loving home and mother.

Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS Corruption: JSU speaks with Ryan Swindle, a transgender father of three with high functioning Autism from Mesa, AZ (USA) whose story is rather tragic. Swindle is a man with a large heart that took extended families to his home and heart to raise them as his own. Swindle saved siblings Austin, now 12, and Cheyenne, now 15 from an extremely abusive mother. Regardless of the positive endorsements that Swindle received from a multitude of evaluations, and the court order of a Mesa Family Court judge who granted Swindle guardianship of the siblings, they have been estranged for eight years now. It is another case of clear abusive and vindictive power play at the hands of social workers.

A respected member of her community, lawyer, and ambassador of her Native American community. Regardless of Cullins flawless reputation in her community she was not immune from a barbaric abduction of her children by the Department of Social Services.
Within hours of returning home from a brief hospital stay, Cullins had the door to her home kicked in by law enforcements who aided in multiple constitutional violations of her family. The illegal search and seizure of her of home and vehicle was the least of her concerns as she was forced to standby as her children were loaded up like luggage into a local police department vehicle.
