One of the most disturbing mysteries in the past few years was the missing persons case of a young lady from Canada that was reported missing during her stay near Skid Row at L.A.'s Hotel Cecil. Her body was eventually found floating in one of the water tanks on the roof of the building when guests were reporting problems with water pressure, water coming out black and tasting funny. They found her body floating face up in the tank and had to cut the tank open to remove her. To this day no one really knows what happened or how she got there.
