This week I managed to get in an old hobby of mine that brings me joy, is good for me and I should do more of.
We have a new food obsession for breakfasts that is easy, healthy, nutritious, quick and simple to create!
I also go over how I’ve had weekly to fortnightly massages for the last 6 months and oh what a magnificent thing it is. I truly believe that getting a massage is the most underrated thing that could benefit so, so many people.

Ever thought about how we all seem to believe that we start off healthy and then have an inevitable decline until one day we are told that we have some disease and then need to take medications to the point that we can no longer look after ourselves and we die really sick and diseased?
We have this idea that it is inevitable and that it doesn’t matter how we live because it’s going to happen anyway.
