I'm back! I've been on a break posting episodes for this podcast because I was moving across the country (again!). I've officially moved back to the East Coast from Vancouver, Washington to Syracuse, NY! I'm excited for this episode to kick things back up for this series of episodes about managing in ministry! My friend Josh Kay has been a parish's director of youth ministry for 5 years and has some incredible advice for effective leadership in ministry!

For most people, evangelization efforts look like your standard parish mission, youth group, bible study, or even your regular Sunday Homily at Mass. That's not the case for Jon "Bearded" Blevins. I thought a great way for me to start this podcast off was to give all of you listeners out there context about me, who I am, and the work I do.
