On this episode I sit down with Dana + Kyle Jackson. Kyle plays on the Halifax Thunderbirds Lacrosse team and Dana was a gymnast. These two moved to Halifax and are doing amazing things for youth lacrosse and the city of Halifax. I had no idea the extent of travel involved in lacrosse and the training that goes along with it.
