I lost my cousin to police brutality, grandma to life, great-grandma to covid, and Dad to cancer all within 1-2 years. This generated an extensive period of grief. Leaving me with feelings that I generally could not understand. Being 21 I come to realize that spirituality isn't about always having the right answer, but understanding that you can't intellectualize yourself out of the feelings and emotions associated with grief.Have you ever felt all alone. In a spiritual sense. No angels, no God, no people, no good. Just being. Where everything is moving, but not steady, nor constant. We are exploring my spiritual side in a podcast I started producing towards the end of 2021... The year was long, but the journey of self-exploration was vast and wide and I learned more about myself and what I believe in the last year than in my entire 20 years of life. I think it is critical that I on my own personal journey actually explore this side of me publicly, so that, in 20 years or 50 years or 5 years I can validate my story and journey and attract a new and better future!
This episode is mainly focused on reconciliation and forgiveness and how that impacts our ability to learn and grow within ourselves generating loving atmospheres and spaces of openness. So this will be a limited series bi-weekly podcast where we contextualize my journey and allow others to understand spirituality and the personalization of such a concept through me and my stories.
