Marques, Lindsey, and Robert have a lively discussion about the roles of the federal, state, and local governments over public education before turning it over to a wonderful interview of Derek Black, a University of South Carolina law professor and expert on public education funding.
Because of the holidays, this episode took longer to publish. It was recorded before the new year and, therefore, before the Jan. 5th elections in Georgia and before Gov. McMaster’s recent announcement about the GEER funds. We’ll catch up on the next episode.
