The First Round of the Southern League Cup pits a struggling Hitchin side against a young but talented St Neots, who are third in the league below. Expect chances, drama and the game going right down to the wire!

It's time for another episode to cure the international break boredom, and there's plenty of excitement amongst Freddie Cardy and Marac Alionic for the return of HTFC Radio (htfc.radio12345.com), who will hopefully be back commentating very soon on some behind closed doors friendlies at the Baldock Arena. To preview being back behind the microphone, we discuss some of the players looking to impress Mark Burke, and those who maybe deserve more of a chance in the first team, as well as the affect of playing on the Arena's astroturf surface. Marac also reveals what he would do in the first training session back after lockdown, and why fitness might not actually be the number one consideration for managers. We start however by creating our own 5-a-side teams, made up of different players from England, Scotland, Wales, NI and ROI, where we can only pick one player from each country, a really fascinating discussion. Finally, Canaries Worldwide heralds FC Gifu's fine start to the season, as well as the Canary Islands Derby between Tenerife and Las Palmas.

It's time for another interview on the Canary Club Podcast, and this time it's the vastly-respected HTFC Youth coach Marc Campbell, who starts by explaining the benefits of former players returning to take over the managerial reigns, with the likes of Steven Gerrard and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer enjoying success at their respective clubs. Marc and Marac then joyfully reminisce on some brilliant stories from their time together at Arlesey Town Youth, including Marc's military-like fitness regimes for the players, hilarious red cards and favourite matches. The two led an Arlesey side from Under 15 level all the way through to Under 21s, so they reflect on the challenges faced by many of the players away from the pitch, going through adolescence and trying to balance football with other aspects of life. We’ve made it to Episode 30 of the Canary Club Podcast, and we’ve got another brilliant episode for you! We start with a massive Canaries Worldwide round-up, packed full of red cards, penalty saves and drama from our teams in yellow and green across the globe. Marac then reminisces on his time in Japan and football matches there, by talking us through a matchday experience in the Far East including food, transport, atmosphere and fan rivalries. Following the Prime Minister’s announcement last week, Freddie analyses the prospect of Hitchin Town FC and others returning to action in the next few months, and some of the challenges preventing clubs from resuming. Finally, we react to the news that Steps 3-6 have been recently declared null and void following a vote, and the possibility of local cup tournaments in the summer.

Arsenal face Benfica on Thursday in Rome, so we analyse the key players for the Portuguese side and look back on the 6 goal thriller at the Emirates against Leeds. In the spirit of Valentines Day, Rowan Scourfield joins in the fun by picking his 5-a-side team alongside Freddie and Marac- of course, Joe Hart is in goal. Finally, we discuss why Gareth Bale is underperforming at Tottenham under Mourinho, and Liverpool's woeful attempt to retain the title following their defeat to Leicester.
