Does it?

  1. Light you up? Is bigger than you?
  2. Highlight your strengths.
  3. Is it fulfilling and does it add value to your life.
  4. Does it -inspire you to leave a legacy?
  5. Why do you want to accomplish your vision?
  6. Why does it mean anything to you?
  7. What exactly lights you up when you see yourself living your vision?

These are your Action Items:

Journal the last 7 prompts to help you navigate a deep reason why. (I will leave these in the episode notes for you to come back to.)

Ok, You might have also asked yourself WHY BOTHER? To that I ask:

Have you ever thought about leaving a legacy for generations to come? What type of legacy to you want hand down to the next generation of your family?

The definition of Legacy from vocabulary.com is: something handed down from one generation to the next. It could be like money or even honesty and integrity. You could also leave a legacy in the form of a generational curse like alcoholism and abuse, inside the box thinking, living paycheck to paycheck and staying basic.

What generational curses have continued to burden you and your family? That is none of my business, but I want you to start an awareness so you know why you’re working so hard on your goals.

Wouldn’t it be amazing knowing that you were the trailblazer in your family. The one who chose to change what seemed to be normal, comfortable and easy.

I grew up learning that it was normal to live paycheck to paycheck. So- as an adult, I lived a great and materialistically abundant life- paycheck to paycheck. I didn’t know I was living the hard road. That there is real strategy and peace when it comes to money. I literally believed it just grew on trees as long as I was working - 60-80 , hours, a week. I didn’t realize that ease existed. I thought what I was doing was easy, but I saw other people living differently and it made me reevaluate that area of my life.

My vision includes financial freedom. My vision sounds like this, coming from a future family member “Vera was the one who broke the generational curse of living paycheck to paycheck. She chose to educate herself and her family about financial responsibility and strategy and now our family has financial freedom and peace for generations to come.” This is part the legacy, I want to leave.

This is just one example.

We are at the last snipet and my favorite part of this week’s episode.

WHY, NOT?

Why , not , you?

Why , not , now?

Ask yourself.

That voice in your head should be saying back to you “why not me!!!?” and if it doesn’t say that right now I want you to hear me. Seriously listen. “WHY, NOT YOU?”

Let me know WHY in our community, I would love to hear what is holding you back and I know that someone else would like to hear it because you aren’t the only one feeling that way if you are or do sometimes.

If encouragement is what you need join us. If you have encouragement to give we need you in our community too.

VISION is the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom. so what this means is- We are going to be using our imaginations with wisdom, not going about a vision out of a vague description of nowhere and from nothing to back it up or something completely not realistic like- I am going to marry Elon Musk. Definitely not true in this world. Soo..Let's break this down some more...When you think about the future can you see your vision, can you see yourself in the future, and if you do - what do you see? Your answer...get this...is the story you are telling yourself. Now let me ask you- What is your story and what are you telling yourself....let me give you a second to take that in and think about it. I hope you got something, because that story, my friend, your story, is what is creating your identity. It is who you are telling yourself you are. I want to know- What are you telling yourself? Are you selling yourself short? Is what you believe even true? Is what you believe something someone else is telling you, that you now believe? Or do you already know your super powers? Without seeing your future or having a vision. Your mind is left and actually allowed to stay exactly where it is right now. How often do you talk about your past and what you’ve been through instead of what is current and what you are creating? Another thing I learned is - Vision is the antidote for fear. Let me repeat that. Vision is the antidote for fear.

If you have FEAR of whatever, your VISION will help you through whatever that is.

It does that because of science, your vision tells your subconscious that you are capable of this vision when you feel the vision and see the vision in your mind, it then erases the fear that was holding you back and then helps to pretty much push you to thinking that vision is real. And honestly it is real and you have complete control of making it happen.

From this moment you are never the same person. You are not a label. You don't have to identify as that past version of you anymore.

Now let’s find your vision: These are your action items:

  1. Journal - What does success look like to you?
  2. If your life was easy and success was easy, what does your life look like 5 years from now?
  3. What 10 dreams would you have had to accomplish to make the statement in question #2 come true?

In journaling I want you to keep in mind these questions -

  1. Are you working for you?
  2. who's vision are you chasing, yours or someone else's?

Visionary: A person with original ideas about what the future will or could be.

Keep dreaming and keep putting life to your dreams by adding them to your vision.

I want to end with this question, “Tell me about yourself?” Let me know by joining us in my FB group The Live Your Vision Clique to continue this discussion.
