In this episode, I discuss how to begin reprogramming your mind and mindset. Thoughts are powerful. Positive thinking can shape your destiny. As a man thinketh in his heart so is he. Reprogramming starts with the intention. Thoughts begin as bubbles in the mind that quickly grows. The brain is a powerful organ and should be exercised. Exercise: 1) What am I grateful for? 2) How can I help someone in need today? 3) How can I demonstrate love today, in this moment? 4) Who do I need to forgive? 5) Have I surrendered my heart and mind to God?

Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” God wants us to flow in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit. Divine downloads are available when we seek God first and enter His presence.
